"But the path of the just [righteous] is like the light of dawn, that shines brighter and brighter until [it reaches its full strength and glory in] the perfect day" (Proverbs 4:18).
Do you feel discouraged or overwhelmed by a situation which in the natural appears not to be changing? I hear God say, "RELAX!" It can only get better for you! Not seeing in the physical, the changes that you have prayed for should not weaken your faith. It does not mean that your prayers were unanswered by God. Child of God, know this: Your life can only go from strength to strength and from victory to victory. So, be careful not to open the door to unbelief and doubt.
2 Corinthians 3:18 is descriptive of the path of the Christian and instructive on how to maintain an upward trajectory. It says, "And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever-increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit." In other words, regardless of how things may look or sound, when your eyes are fixed on the Word, you have a forward-moving momentum. Contrary thoughts will come, emotions will rise, but you must remain transfixed on the Word. Proverbs 4:18 further attests to the upward trajectory of your life. It says, "But the path of the just (righteous) is like the light of dawn, that shines brighter and brighter until [it reaches its full strength and glory in] the perfect day." God sees you this way, and you must declare again and again that it is so even when the contrary winds of life blow.
So, begin today on a high note. See possibilities alone. See with God's eyes because His plans for you are so much bigger than you can fathom. Concerning what you have prayed about, it is done in Jesus' name. Amen! So rejoice and be glad. Hallelujah!
Faith-Filled Confession:
For all the promises of God concerning my family and me are "Yes" in Christ. And so through Him, my "Amen" is spoken to the glory of God (2 Corinthians 1:20). Hallelujah!
