THE CHURCH WILL GROW

"And the word of God continued to spread, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly..." — Acts 6:7

Church growth is God’s will. The Bible says in Luke 14:23 “And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.”

Throughout Acts, we see the early Church continually increasing as the Gospel was preached, lives were transformed, and believers faithfully carried out the mission of Christ.

The Church does not grow merely because we gather; it grows when we go. Meaning, just praying is not enough, we must go and reach people with the gospel.

We are surrounded by people who need Jesus. People who need hope, healing, restoration, purpose, and salvation. And God has entrusted us with the responsibility of taking the Gospel to them. Paul planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase. — 1 Corinthians 3:6

This is both our responsibility and our confidence. We are to pray,  preach,  invite,  serve, disciple, love people, create room for others. And God gives the increase. 

Don't become discouraged by what you see today. Don't measure the future of the Church by its present size. God can multiply what is surrendered to Him. And we surrender by reaching out to others.

So let's believe God for growth—not merely numerical growth, but spiritual growth, healthy growth, kingdom growth, and lasting transformation.

Let's pray for laborers. Let's reach the lost. Let's invite people. Let's disciple new believers. Let's make room for the harvest. And let's trust God to do what only He can do.

Let invite somebody to church this week. And watch God increase us.

Faith-Filled Confession

I am a committed laborer in God's harvest. Through my prayers, service, generosity, invitation, evangelism, and discipleship, I contribute to the growth of God's Church. The Gospel is spreading, hearts are opening, lives are being transformed, and disciples are multiplying. I believe God for healthy, supernatural, and sustained growth. Our church is growing, the harvest is coming in, and God's Kingdom is advancing. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
