OPERATING IN THE CORPORATE GRACE

04/26/2024

“There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all” (1 Corinthians 12:4-6)

Order is a very important aspect of the spirit realm. We don’t break ranks. Rather, in the pursuit of our diverse callings, we are circumscribed to always seek and work for the unity of the Spirit.

As Paul admonishes, “I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace” (Ephesians 4:1-3).

Now, how you do this is by personalizing the corporate vision that God has granted to the body or assembly of believers to which you belong. Hear me, you must key into the vision of the local assembly, first by knowing the vision and then, by locating yourself in the vision based on the grace that you have received from God 1 Corinthians 7:20 says, "Let each one remain in the same calling in which he was called."

Understand that there is a peculiar way that the Holy Spirit wants to bless His children through you. If you minister in songs, there are particular songs He has for you, with which to bless the church where you serve. If you are a guest services minister, he has the gift of discerning spirits that ought to be in full operation when you minister to His church.

Your responsibility is to understand the gifts you have and how to deploy them in pursuit of the corporate vision of the assembly to which you are a part.

Now someone might be wondering why the corporate vision of the assembly is so important. It is important because your spiritual invincibility and covering emanate from the anointing on the assembly, no matter your position in the assembly. One time, Peter, the Lord’s lead apostle, had been scheduled for an execution. Acts 12:5 says, “Peter was therefore kept in prison, but constant prayer was offered to God for him by the church." In the end, it was the corporate anointing on the assembly to which he belonged that helped break him out of jail.

This is why apart from understanding the vision of your church and personalizing the vision, you must honor the corporate anointing on your assembly by speaking reverently about your church, its vision, and the functionaries assigned with you to fulfill God's mandate of Grace House Church.

Have a great day!

Faith-Filled Confession

I am sensitive to God's mandate on Grace House Church, my life, and the lives of those He has anointed to be co-laborers with me. I do not frustrate the grace of God on our lives. Rather, I nourish it by staying true to God's vision, acting orderly, and supplying my part, as required of me by the Lord, for the fulfillment of the vision. In Jesus' name. Amen

Prayer

Pray that wisdom and understanding be granted to political leaders in your country to lead in accordance with God's divine will and plan, and to make the right decisions that’ll benefit the people, and cause peace and prosperity to be established, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Pray for the well-being and progress of your family members

Pray for the fulfillment of God’s vision for GHC this month.
