“And God did special miracles by the hands of Paul”(Acts 19:11).
Being a Christian means that you have been positioned for a life on uncommon success. When I say uncommon success, I mean the manifestations of the Spirit that are uncommon to the natural man. Take Jesus as an example, the scriptures declares that Nicodemus came to Him by night and said “...Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that you do, except God be with him” (John 3:2). Notice the expression, “For no man can do these miracles that you do, except God be with him.” Meaning, the manifestation of the supernatural is an evidence of the abiding presence of the Holy Ghost. In other words, anyone that has the abiding presence of the Father will manifest these miraculous signs by default. The question is this: Was it exclusive to Jesus alone? The answer is emphatically no! These special miracles are the fruits of the new creation, and the manifestation of the kingdom through us.
When Jesus walked this earth, He did so as the son of man who was filled with the Holy Ghost (Acts 10:38). He was the first of His kind to have the abiding presence of the Father. No wonder everyone marveled at the demonstration of the Spirit that was so evident in His life. In Matthew 8:27, after Jesus rebuked the wind and calmed the storm, the disciples looked at each other and said almost at the same time, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!” At another occasion, He went to the synagogue and taught the Jews, and many who heard him were amazed and asked, "Where did this man get these things?" They asked, "What's this wisdom that has been given him? “What are these remarkable miracles he is performing?” (Mark 6:2) The answer to these questions is simple; Jesus said, “...my Father who lives in me does his work through me” (John14:10). Remember, Jesus looked just like everyone else; there was nothing superficial about how He looked. The only thing that was different about Him was the life and nature of God that was beneath His physical body. Those who marveled at the demonstration of the Spirit also asked, “Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James and Joseph and Judas and Simon? And are not His sisters here with us?” (Mark 6:3). Meaning, Jesus was a carpenter with the demonstration of the Spirit. Hallelujah!
The day you got born again, you were imparted with the life and nature of God, just like Jesus. Meaning, the same righteous nature that Jesus has right now is what you have. The same abiding presence that was in Jesus when He walked this earth is what is on the inside of you right now. Same Holy Spirit that was performing the signs and wonders as Jesus gave the Word and stretched out His hands to heal is the same Spirit that is abiding in you right now. This is why Jesus said, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father” (John 14:12). In other words, Jesus is saying, “I don’t have more power that you do. The same power of God that I functioned with is the same power that you have on the inside of you right now. Just as the demons cried out at my presence so they should at your presence because we have the same life, nature and the glory of God.” Hallelujah!
You may at this point be pondering if this is true. You may be asking, “If it is true, how come this and that is happening to me?” I’ll tell you why. The reason is because you have not awoken to the divine life. You are still speaking and acting like an ordinary person. Jesus knew who He was and walked in that consciousness 24/7. He knew what He carried on the inside and walked in the steps of His Father through the Word. He said to the disciples “….Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. (John 5:19) “…and I speak exactly what the Father has told Me to say.”(John 12:50). Are you conscious of who and what you carry on the inside? If you are then you should see and hear the Father. And whatever you see, DO! Whatever you hear, SAY!
You are too full of the glory of God not to have uncommon success; it’s about time the whole world gets to know about it.
God bless you!
Faith Filled Confession
My life is full of uncommon testimonies - testimonies of divine encounters concerning my finances. I refuse to settle for a man-made testimony. The life and the nature of God is in me. I know who and what I carry on the inside of me. I disallow anything that’s inconsistent with divine prosperity in my life. I refuse to have missed opportunities or disappointments. I declare that all things are working together for my prosperity and advancement. Therefore, my life is a perpetual conduit of divine resources to my world. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!
