TIMING IS EVERYTHING IN THE SPIRIT REALM

"To everything, there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven" (Ecclesiastes 3:1).

Demonstrating and manifesting the will of God in your life is often connected to timing. As I have often said, there are usually time differences between happenings in the realm of the spirit and the physical realm. These time differences enable us to perpetuate or alter occurrences in the spirit realm. However, there are also times when the timing in the spirit is synchronous with the timing on earth. In such cases, we ramp up our prayers and prophetic pronouncements to make instantaneous changes in our localities, communities, and the entire globe.

The onus is therefore on us to understand the timing of the Spirit to effectively and adequately execute God's will on earth. For instance, the Bible tells us about "...the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; their chiefs were two hundred, and all their brethren were at their command..." (1 Chronicles 12:32).

I cannot stress this enough: ignorance of the Spirit's timing has robbed many believers of demonstrating and manifesting the will of God for their lives. Many with mighty anointings, talents, and callings have yet to realize the full expression of God's intention for their lives because they have been insensitive to the Spirit's timing. Worse still, the consequences of not knowing the timing of the Spirit go beyond unfulfilled potential to actual calamities like war, job loss, destitution, and other extenuating circumstances.

Speaking about the consequences of ignoring the timing of God's Spirit, Jesus said of the children of Israel, "For days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment around you, surround you and close you in on every side, and level you, and your children within you, to the ground; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not know the time of your visitation” (Luke 19:43-44).

With all this said, there is a call for us to make prophetic utterances over the nations, especially in light of the death of the president of Iran. As of today, there is an urgency and increased activity in the realm of the spirit. These activities are unusual in nature, and it would be remiss of the church not to intensify her prayers and awaken gatekeepers, city watchers, and prophets. Most importantly, our prophetic declarations of peace over that region must be nonstop.

Saints, it is now up to us to take action.

Faith-Filled Confession

I am divinely positioned to release intercessions, prophecies, and praise that thwarts the machinations of the enemy.  Because I am not ignorant of the timing of God's Spirit, I have the advantage, as the LORD's battle axe, to cut down every tree of conflict, suffering, and displacement as it has not been planted by my Father. Hallelujah

PRAYER

Pray for the leadership of the Iranian government, that every decision and action they take in light of the death of their president will be free from demonic influence that could bring about a global catastrophe.

Pray and declare that every mountain of influence in your nation is taken over by God’s people and used to propagate the saving news of the Lord Jesus.

Pray for the rise of Christian prophetic activism, city watchers, gatekeepers, and intercessors in the various mountains of influence. Declare that every policy initiative and law that sets itself against the Gospel in these mountains of influence will be demolished in Jesus' name.
