THE PRIEST OFFERING

06/29/2023

"The best of all firstfruits of any kind, and every sacrifice of any kind from all your sacrifices, shall be the priest's; also you shall give to the priest the first of your ground meal, to cause a blessing to rest on your house" (Ezekiel 44:30)

There is a ministry of giving that precipitates an avalanche of provision, and it is important for the saint to be acquainted with what is possible; Otherwise, he or she may live subpar the providence that God has earmarked.

But just as Paul writes, "Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that abounds to your account" (Philippians 4:17), it is important to note that God wants you to live beyond the confines of a salary or welfare check and the way to do this is by the revelation of giving that He puts in your heart.

Evidently, the church at Philippi had a special revelation akin to the one that God gave the children of Israel concerning their priests (in today's theme-scripture) so that Paul writes, "Now you Philippians know also that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church shared with me concerning giving and receiving but you only" (Phillippians 4:15). Clearly, they were the biggest givers among the churches to which Paul ministered because they knew by revelation that their receiving was tied to their giving, not just offerings in church but giving directly to the apostle over their church.

Now, while today's devotional is not for everyone, God is specifically telling you who can receive it to release seeds to His spiritual overseer in your life. 1 Timothy 5:17 says, "Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and doctrine." Honor here includes giving to your pastors.

As difficult as any minister of the Gospel might find it to share this message in the flesh, this is God's will for unlocking special blessings over His people. And this message coming to you today is a rare opportunity for a mindblowing miracle.

Speak in tongues for a few minutes and let God's agenda permeate your being.

Have a beautiful day!

Faith-Filled Confession

I am divinely positioned to take advantage of spiritual opportunities for quantum leaps. I make progress financially, sponsoring the work of spreading the Gospel as the Lord sees fit. I am the answer to God's cry and a mighty instrument for the fulfillment of God's vision for my local church. Glory!

PRAY FOR ALL THE SAINTS AND CHURCHES IN YOUR CITY

Scripture and Meditation

Colossians 1:9-12 says," For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and long suffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light."

Psalm 67:2 TLB – Send us around the world with the news of your saving power and your eternal plan for all mankind.

Psalm 68:11 – The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.

Habakkuk 2:14 – For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

Jude 1:24-25 says, "Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen."

Pray for the work of churches and ministries in your city. Pray that they fulfill their God-given assignments, remain fervent and passionate about their work and calling, richly supplied with all they require, focused, fearless, bold, and inspired for the ever-increasing impact of the Gospel.

Declare every human or demonic opposition against them ineffective. Pray that through their work, the kingdom of God expands exceedingly and is established in the hearts of men and that the name of our Blessed Lord is glorified.

Pray for the body of believers in your city. Pray that they'll stand firm in all the will of God, the Word abiding in them continually and increasingly, causing them to walk in the fullness of their inheritance in Christ. Pray that they will walk in the revelation of the love of God in increasing measure, bearing fruit in every good work, fulfilling their purpose without reproach.

Pray for those facing challenges in their faith and for those whom Satan is stirring off the course of their calling in Christ through various temptations and trials. Pray that their faith fails not. Pray that they be strengthened by the Spirit in their inner man, triumphing by the Word sown in their hearts, and that their faith prevails in all circumstances. Declare that they hold fast to their calling, living in and by the Word, irrespective of circumstances. Pray that they may finish their course with joy, bringing glory to the Father in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen
