"But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does" (James 1:25).
The Word of God is the essence of your beautiful life. Therefore, do not let your experiences, no matter how closely aligned they may seem, deceive you. Your experiences in their glory, are but a mere shadow of the richness of your life in Christ.
2 Corinthians 2:14 declares, “But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ’s triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of him everywhere.” This scripture isn't merely to uplift you; it is a depiction of your eternal victory in Jesus Christ. Where else would you find such a glorious description of your identity? When you gaze into the natural mirror, you may not perceive this truth; indeed, no one but God can describe you in this manner. Your Heavenly Father is speaking directly to you, affirming that you are showcased in Christ to the realms of heaven, earth, and even hell. I implore you to grasp this truth fervently. He is proclaiming to the entire universe, “Behold, this is the result of the resurrection of Christ!” He is declaring that you are the splendor for which Christ endured the cross, despising its shame. Our loving Father is affirming that you are worth every sacrifice He made. Hallelujah! Do not attempt to rationalize this truth; instead, accept it and align your actions accordingly.
Do not allow any experience to distort the reality of God’s Word. Your life is not a series of ups and downs, nor is it a melodrama. God's Word is already established as truth, serving as an X-ray to reveal what your physical eyes cannot see. God's Word is the essence of your beautiful life and reality. Therefore, embrace the Word as your truth.
No matter the circumstances you may be faced with, refuse to lose sleep! Refuse to confess wrongly! See God's Word and see all things working together for your good. Joseph declared to his brothers in Genesis 50:20, “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” Apostle John proclaimed, “For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith” (1 John 5:4).
Child of God, you are victorious over whatever has previously caused you frustration. Perhaps someone may object, “But Pastor, if I don’t acknowledge my frustration, how can I receive help?” But therein lies the issue—you're hoping that by confessing a reality contrary to God’s Word, a miracle will transpire. No! A thousand times no! Look to the Word, for in the Word is your beautiful life.
God bless you.
Faith-Filled Confession:
In Christ, I am victorious over every challenge and circumstance. My life reflects His triumph, and His Word shapes my reality. I refuse to be defined by experiences or confess wrongly. With unwavering faith, I declare: In God's Word lies my beautiful life and eternal victory.
