YOU DO NOT NEED A CONSENSUS

2/27/2026

“And the man became rich, and continued to grow richer until he became very wealthy” — Genesis 26:13

If you are waiting for everyone to agree before you obey God, you may never move. The promptings of the Spirit do not always make sense to the natural mind. Jesus said in Gospel of John 4:24 that God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth. Spiritual things are not processed by logic—they are discerned by the spirit.

When Moses was told to speak to the rock in the wilderness (Numbers 20:2–8), it defied reasoning. Who speaks to a rock expecting water? Yet God’s instructions are not subject to human consensus.

Likewise, Isaac prospered because he obeyed God’s Word (Genesis 26:12–13). His increase was the result of obedience, not popular opinion. As 1 Corinthians 2:14 reminds us, the natural man cannot receive the things of the Spirit.

Do not wait for validation—act on the Word. Obedience positions you for supernatural results.

Faith-Filled Confession

I discern the voice of the Spirit and I obey without hesitation. I do not rely on human approval; I act on God’s Word. As I obey, I walk in supernatural increase and undeniable testimonies, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
