LOVE IS OUR NATURE

3/24/2026

“Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.” — 1 John 4:7–8

Love is not just something God does—it is who He is. The very essence of God is love, and as His children, we have been born of that same nature. This means that love is not optional for the believer; it is our identity.

The scripture makes it clear: those who truly know God will express love. Not just in words, but in actions, attitudes, and responses. Love is the evidence of our relationship with God.

Sometimes loving others can be challenging—especially when people are difficult, unkind, or undeserving. But remember, God loved us when we were undeserving. His love in us empowers us to love beyond human limitations.

When you walk in love, you reveal God to the world. Your kindness, patience, forgiveness, and compassion become a testimony of His presence in your life.

Today, choose to walk in love. Let your words be gracious, your actions be kind, and your heart be open. As you do, you not only reflect God—you demonstrate that you truly know Him.

Faith-Filled Confession:

I am born of God, and His love lives in me. I walk in love toward everyone. My life reveals the nature of God, and through me, His love is expressed to the world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
