HE STAGGERED NOT

"And not being weak in faith, he [Abraham] did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God..." (Roman 4:19-20)
Once the will of God is known, the rest is history. The will of God is the Word of God, and the Word of God is the evidence that you are and have whatever God says you are and have. And so, when God's will is revealed to you, there is no room for excuses; it is time to stop believing and start possessing and enjoying.
Anyone who fails to act, hiding under the premise of still "believing" after God's will is made known is irresponsible and unbelieving. It's like a man who was gifted a brand-new car and has the new car sitting in his driveway with the key in the ignition. Yet, he continues to catch the bus, saying that he believes in God for a new car someday. This man can believe until Jesus comes back, but the reality is that God will not move an inch for him concerning a car. Because He already provided! His job is to get into that car by faith and enjoy it.
The Bible says that after Abram had received the knowledge of God's will, as evidenced by his name change from Abram to Abraham in Genesis 17:5, he did not waver but was strong in faith, giving God glory. God said: "No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations." From that moment until Isaac was born, he went by the name "Abraham." Just imagine how many people he would have had to correct who knew him as Abram and how such people might have mocked or contradicted his insistence on being called "Abraham" despite the lack of physical evidence.
What has God called you that He has yet to reveal to those around you? Has he called you rich, strong, or fruitful despite the absence of sensory evidence? Stagger not! [Ayayayah!] Stagger not, brother! Do not pay attention to the contradictions! The proof that you are or have what God called you is His Word. Like Abraham, call yourself what God has called you. Don’t be intimidated by people mocking your demonstration of faith. Keep saying and walking like you are, and have what God has declared about you.
Has he called a situation in your life resolved despite the glaring indications to the contrary? Stagger not! Stagger not! (Somebody needs to speak in tongues for a moment). Did God say, “You are healed of that cancer? Then shout out loud that you are HEALED, giving glory to God! Praise God!
Hear me, people are going to contradict you and call you names for calling things in your life as God calls them, and it's okay. Hebrews 10:36 says, "For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise." Do not for one second consider that your proclamations in tandem with the will of God would not yield fruit because they will. The Bible says in Luke 1:37, “For no word from God will ever fail.”
Shout Hallelujah!
Faith-Filled Confession
I stagger not because my confidence is in the known will of God. On this ground, I declare that I am excellent, healthy, strong, and victorious. I am exempted from the natural order of things even as I wholeheartedly function under God's divine order. Hallelujah!
Prayer Point
Pray that every pastor, partner, and resident is guided by the wisdom of God in their family, relationships, jobs, business ventures, and partnerships. They are constantly led by the Spirit of God and guided away from error and poor/bad decisions that may incur losses and negative effects ( Isa 30:21; Isa 58:11, 1 Cor 1:30)
Pray for our pastors that they remain unshakeable, unshaken, always abounding in the work of the Lord. Declare that they will continue to shine as light in the midst of the darkness in the world. (1 Cor 15:58, Philippians 2:13-14; Heb 6:10)
Pray for those who have been inconsistent in their faith; that they will no longer be children tossed to and fro and that Christ may be formed in their hearts as they are strengthened in those things that are most surely believed among us. (Lk 1:3, Eph 4:14)
ONE YEAR READING PLAN: Isaiah 27-28; Ephesians 5
