FEAR NOTHING

11/21/2025

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” —Philippians 4:6

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. Sometimes things shift from calm to chaotic in an instant. You may have prayed, believed, and waited—only to watch the situation appear to worsen instead of improve. And now, the thought crosses your mind: Did God even hear me?

Saint, be fully assured—God heard you.

A changing situation is not the proof of a heard prayer. The only proof we need is the Word of God. Scripture tells us in 1 John 5:14–15:

“This is the confidence that we have in Him: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us… and we know that we have the petitions we desired of Him.”

It doesn’t say we know He heard us when the situation changes. It says we know He heard us because His Word says so. Circumstances rise and fall, but God remains constant. He declared in Malachi 3:6:

“For I am the Lord, I do not change.”

So no matter what it looks or feels like, look away from the noise and fix your gaze on the truth of the Word. Trusting God never makes you a victim—trusting God secures your victory.

Romans 8:28 assures us that all things are working together for our good. And 2 Corinthians 4:17 calls the pressure you're facing a “light affliction” that is producing for you a greater glory. In other words—this situation is creating a testimony.

So don’t quit!

If you've held on to the Word and the outward picture still looks unchanged, stay steady. Refuse anxiety. Keep your joy. Keep your praise.  The Word is unfailing—and it will not fail in your life.

God bless you!

Faith-Filled Confession

I refuse to be anxious about anything. I pray about everything with thanksgiving, knowing that my God hears me and answers me. His Word is my confidence, and my victory is guaranteed in Christ. Hallelujah!
