"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6)
You were not designed to be anxious. So, when you feel anxious about anything, recognize that it is a call to a three-step prayer.
The three-step prayer based on today's theme scripture begins with "prayer." What is prayer here? 1 Corinthians 14:15 says, "What is the conclusion then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will also pray with the understanding..." So, the moment something attempts to make you anxious, speak in other tongues. Let no bill, child, news, or situation make you anxious. Instead, speak in tongues.
The next phase of this prayer is to enumerate the things you require to quench that source of anxiety. Isaiah 41:21 says, "Present your case," says the LORD. "Bring forth your strong reasons," says the King of Jacob."
Finally, thank God for the answers to the things you listed for His provision. This instruction is akin to the revelation of the Son of God thanking the Father. "And Jesus took the loaves, and when He had given thanks He distributed them to the disciples, and the disciples to those sitting down; and likewise of the fish, as much as they wanted." (John 6:11)
Saint, let nothing ever result in your anxiety again. 1 Peter 5:7 says, "Cast all your anxiety on Him[the Lord] because He cares for you."
Have an excellent day.
Faith-Filled Confession
