THIS ONE IS STILL UNCOMMON

03/13/2024

"Thou shalt arise, [and] have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come" (Psalm 102:13).

One common denominator among the men and women who walked with God and changed their generation was their unwavering commitment to the Word. They didn't hesitate to act upon it; they were effective doers of the Word. It was as if they discovered something that many in their time overlooked - the latent power within the Word.

Consider Mary, the mother of Jesus. She understood this power deeply. At the wedding in Cana, she instructed the disciples, “Whatever He says to do, do it” (John 2:5 KJV). What's remarkable is that in the original Greek text, it is expressed with urgency: “Says the mother of Him to the servants, whatever anyhow anyhow He might say to you, do.” Did you notice the repetition of "anyhow"? It could have simply been "...whatever He might say to you, do." The reason for this repetition is because Mary knew how seemingly illogical the Word of God might sound to the unspiritual. She understood that the Word never aligns with human logic, and she needed to prepare the disciples because they were about to be astonished by His teachings. And if there was one thing she knew, it was that the Word is never devoid of power!

I believe that you are experiencing your God-moment right now. This month holds a significance unlike any other because the Spirit of God has declared, “I will increase your greatness and comfort you on every side; my glory on you will not fade away. It shall grow bigger and stronger every day, and none of your adversaries would be able to resist the influence of your greatness.” Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

“For I have begotten you,” says the Lord. “I uphold you with my right hand. I have lifted you to my glory and named you to be my light and righteousness, to manifest my essence without limitation to the people of the earth. You are not small, says the Lord. You are greater than you appear on the outside. Turn away from the experiences of yesterday; rise with my Word in your mouth and prevail over feelings of hopelessness, defeat, and misery. You have victory over the forces of darkness, my child. Do not hesitate to assert dominion over circumstances. Do not allow the mistakes of yesterday to hold you back, for I have said in my Word, 'if anybody does sin, he/she has an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.' So arise, my righteous child! Arise to strength! Arise to the reality of your beauty in Christ! For Christ is your beauty, your glory, and your victory. Stop granting authority to things and people to regulate you. Live according to my Word, says the Lord. Live out the glory of my Word; meditate therein day and night. See as I see, hear as I say, and speak as I have spoken. For you are my hope in the world. Impart my hope and life to the people of the earth. Withhold nothing, my child, for I am with you and in you. So let us write something great with your life. For the people of the earth await your manifestation.” Thus says the Lord unto you! SHOUT GLORY!

Saints, this is your appointed time. You may want to revisit the words of God's Spirit to you once more. It is your month of uncommon favor, colored with fruitfulness. If you know this to be true, then proclaim it to your spouse, children, finances, houses, cars, furniture, pets, and plants. Announce it to anyone who cares to listen. Declare repeatedly: “My greatness is increased, and I am comforted on every side.” Hallelujah!

Faith Filled Confession:

I am favored by God and by people. Wherever I go, I am surrounded by favor. I reject any form of disability; the hand of God rests upon me. I walk in the beauty and victory of Christ. I proclaim healing and favor over my life, in the mighty name of the Lord Jesus. Amen.

Prayer Points

  • Pray that God will birth and ignite in us an unquenchable passion for the lost.

  • Pray that our ministry will be received by those to whom we are sent. Romans 15:30-31

  • Let’s Continue to Pray that God’s people will live revived, broken, and awaken to God’s will, grace, instruction, and correction in righteousness.

  • Let’s continue to pray that God’s people will live undistracted by the pleasures of this world. Also, pray that none of us will yield to the demand of the flesh and the devil.
