THERE IS NO RETIREMENT WITH GOD

"They will still bear fruit in old age; they will stay fresh and green." — Psalm 92:14
The world measures life by age. God measures life by purpose.
Society may tell you that there comes a time to slow down, step aside, or retire from making a difference. But God never retires those He has called. As long as there is breath in your body, there is purpose to fulfill, lives to impact, and a Kingdom assignment to complete.
Moses was eighty years old when God called him to lead Israel out of Egypt. Caleb was eighty-five when he declared, "Give me this mountain!" Abraham became the father of many nations long after the age when people thought such dreams were impossible. Anna served faithfully in the temple into her old age, and Simeon fulfilled his prophetic assignment just before seeing the promised Messiah.
God is not looking for youthful strength as much as He is looking for willing hearts.
Perhaps you've been tempted to believe that your best years are behind you. Maybe you've thought, "I'm too old to start again,"or "I've missed my opportunity." Those thoughts do not come from God.
The Lord declares, "You are ageless in My eyes. My purpose for your life is not determined by your age but by My calling."
Your experience is not a disadvantage—it is a testimony of God's faithfulness. The wisdom you have gained, the trials you have endured, and the victories God has given you have prepared you to influence others in ways you never could before.
Don't retire from your calling. Don't retire from prayer. Don't retire from serving.
Don't retire from dreaming. Don't retire from believing God for greater things.
As long as God has given you another day, He has given you another assignment.
Child of God, your latter days can be greater than your former days. The greatest chapter of your life may still be ahead of you. Walk confidently into this season knowing that God's grace does not diminish with age—it increases as you continue to depend on Him.
There may be retirement from a career, but there is no retirement from God's purpose.
Faith-Filled Confession
I declare that I will bear fruit in every season of my life. My age does not limit God's purpose for me. I am strengthened by His Spirit, filled with wisdom, and empowered to fulfill my divine assignment. My best days are not behind me—they are before me. I refuse discouragement, complacency, and fear. I will continue to serve the Lord with joy, passion, and excellence until I have fulfilled every purpose He has ordained for my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.
