“And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits” (Daniel 11:32).
It amazes me how many people desire to achieve greatness and “do exploits” yet have little or no interest in truly knowing God. Most people, if given the choice, would choose a life of impact over mediocrity. Yet many chase achievements, recognition, and influence without pursuing the One in whom all true greatness exists.
Daniel 11:32 tells us that strength and exploits flow from knowing God. These exploits are not merely human accomplishments—they are notable achievements that result from God’s divine ability working through a person. The Hebrew word for “know” here is yada, meaning to recognize, acknowledge, understand, and know with certainty. In other words, those who truly know God—who walk with Him in intimacy, confidence, and assurance—cannot help but be strong and live a life marked by extraordinary results.
God is the source of all exploits. Without Him, even the most ambitious human effort is limited. Matthew 6:33 gives us the divine order: “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”Everything we could possibly desire—provision, influence, success, impact—is found in Him.
Why settle for chasing the fruit when you can have the tree? Why reach for the effect when you can embrace the cause? Pursue God, and exploits will pursue you. This has always been His way. To Abraham, God said, “…I am God Almighty; walk before me faithfully and be blameless” (Genesis 17:1). Abraham obeyed, and God made him great, blessed him beyond measure, and made him a blessing to nations (Genesis 12:2).
The same God is still at work today. He turns messes into messages, tests into testimonies, and calls light out of darkness. He alone can transform your life into a story of divine success. But it begins with prioritizing Him above all else.
When you know God intimately, doing exploits isn’t something you strive for—it becomes your natural way of life.
Faith-Filled Confession:
My life overflows with notable achievements and supernatural successes. Divine ability is at work in me. I seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness, and everything I need is added to me. I refuse to be distracted by the lies of the enemy—God is my priority and my source. Every need is met, every barrier is removed, and I live in overflow. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
