THE REAL YOU

“You are the light that gives light to the world. A city that is built on a hill cannot be hidden.” — Matthew 5:14 (NCV)

During His earthly ministry, Jesus said, “Whoever has seen Me has seen the Father.” With this, He declared that He was the complete revelation of the Father — there was no need to search further. To encounter Jesus was to encounter the Father Himself. This truth extended not only to humanity but to all creation.

Before Jesus came, creation had only heard God’s voice; even Adam experienced God’s presence through His voice, not His physical form. But with the coming of Jesus, humanity and all creation encountered God in a new way. Jesus was heaven manifested on earth.

John captures this beautifully: “The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14).

Jesus didn’t just visit the earth — He fully immersed Himself in humanity! And through His incarnation, He enabled humanity to partake in divinity. Every person born again in Christ becomes a living message of God’s power and authority — a symbol of grace and light to the world.

Philippians 2:14–16 urges us:

“Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life.”

Notice that phrase: “among whom you shine as lights in the world.” That’s who you are — a heavenly star, illuminating the path for those around you.

We are not just bearers of light; we are light itself. Jesus said in John 9:5, “While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”Now that He is glorified and His Spirit lives in us, we carry that same mantle.

John 1:5 affirms, “The Light shines on in the darkness, and the darkness has never overpowered it.”

Think about this: everything that originates from darkness cannot withstand you. Sickness, failure, poverty, confusion — none of these can overpower the life of God in you. No matter what comes your way, your life has already triumphed over it all in Christ!

Here’s my message to you today: advance.Take steps that propel you toward your purpose and destiny. You are unstoppable! Even your mistakes cannot halt your journey. The blood of Jesus covers every shortcoming. God holds nothing against you.

1 John 2:1 tells us that provision has already been made for your past, present, and future wrongs. So, receive forgiveness in Jesus’ name and let nothing hinder your progress.

Remember: you are a divine message to the world. Let your message resound loudly today!

Faith-Filled Words:

The devil and every situation that seeks to overpower me hold no sway. I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Through the blood of the Lamb and the Word of God on my lips, I am victorious, triumphant, and undefeated. Uncommon favor and grace for fruitfulness pave the way before me and follow after me wherever I go. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

1.  Pray and Declare  this over every partner and resident of GHC that their lives are testimonies of grace and victory.

2. That they walk in divine wisdom, operate in supernatural favor, and demonstrate the power of the Holy Ghost everywhere they go.

3. Their impact will not be hidden, and their influence will increase continually for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
