THE HOPE IN THE GOD OF WONDER

"This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil" (Hebrews 6:19)

Yesterday, I broached the subject of how your faith proclamation based on the word of God to us in this season will transform your year with ever-increasing intensity over the next few months. How do I know this? The message, the Year of Wonder, was a sovereign guarantee of God Almighty that He will make you a wonder to many. 

And this is what Bible hope is. Hope that is Bible-based is a sovereign guarantee from God, containing His provisions for you in Christ, that if you act on it, you will experience what it talks about. In essence, God's word to you should always form your expectations of Him. This is why the Bible says God gives us His word in the first place so "...that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope." (Romans 15:4)

The essence of having Bible-based hope and acting on it is that you will never be disappointed. Hear me, people may promise you and fail. Governments too may give you certain assurances and disappoint you but not God. The Bible says, "...hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us" (Romans 5:5 NIV). And the hope that you have for this year 2023 is that God will make you a wonder. The Hebrew word is "Mopheth". 

So what do you do with the sovereign guarantee of Almighty God? You proclaim it until it takes a hold of your spirit and you become it in the physical realm. 2 Peter 1:19 says, "And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts..."

As you proclaim it, the light of the word will keep getting brighter in you until it delivers to you what it talks about. I urge you to listen to the Year of Wonder message over and over until it takes hold of your heart. Make the confessions that I make in that message and be assured that strange occurrences will take place concerning that word in your life this year.

Faith-Filled Confession

I have God's message to me that this is my Year of Wonder as an anchor for my soul. I am unmoved by any distracting occurrences in the world today as my heart is stayed on that word to produce peace, greatness and wonder so that the world around me takes notice and gives the glory to God. Hallelujah!

Day 19 of 21 Days of Fasting and Prayer

LIFE GROUP MINISTRY

1. Declare that our Life group ministry will experience increase and expansion in all its activities. That through the activities of the life group in all our churches unprecedented harvest of souls will be brought into our churches during this year. 1 Corinthians 3:6

2. Pray that our life group leaders are filled with wisdom and understanding such that they are able to lead their brethren with special unction of the Holy Ghost thus bringing consistent spiritual growth and maturity to each member of the group. 

3. Pray for life group activities that will be carried out this year will be tailored for growth and leadership development, that they will cause every member to be a change agent; and that each activity will achieve its purpose, 1 Corinthians 15:58. 

4. Pray that the word of God will continue to influence the choices of all our cell leaders, regulate their actions and cause them to be bold and uncompromising at all times and in any situations. Pray against every form of distraction in their lives. Declare that they will not be terrified by any situation as the word of faith rises up in their hearts, strengthening them to be champions at all times.Philippians 1:28 

5: Pray that every member of our life group will experience supernatural blessings of God upon their lives as they get involved in the activities of their groups. Declare that each of them will be an attraction for others to speedily join the life groups in all our churches, Colossians 1:3-6
