THE HOLY SPIRIT IN YOU

"Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?" (1 Corinthians 6:19)

There's a call to discern the Holy Spirit inside you this season. You will know you are full if you have eaten and are full. In the same way, the Holy Spirit is in you, but there is a duty to discern the Holy Spirit in you. 

For the avoidance of doubt, the Holy Spirit in you is your Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, and Standby. The word, "know" in today's theme scripture means to "be conscious of". This scripture implies that you become conscious of the Holy Ghost as your Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, and Standby that lives inside you. 

Why? 1 John 4:4 provides the answer. It says, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world." The Holy Spirit in you is your world overcoming power. 

One way to activate the overcoming power of the Holy Ghost in you is to acknowledge His residence in you by making confessions. Over and over, you make confessions like these: "The Holy Spirit lives in me" and "I am the temple of the Holy Spirit." Philemon 6 (AMP) says, "I pray that the sharing of your faith may become effective and powerful because of your accurate knowledge of every good thing which is ours in Christ."

The Holy Spirit in you is your limit-breaker, world-overcomer, and rapturer. As you begin to acknowledge His place in you, your transportation in the spirit is activated. So, go ahead; confess the presence of the Holy Ghost in you until you burst out in tongues.

Faith-Filled Confession

The Holy Spirit lives in me. My Advocate is in me. My Strengthener is in me. I overcome the world by the Holy Spirit that is in me because He is greater than the prince of this world. Hallelujah!

Prayer of Affirmation 

I affirm that I am moving forward and upward with giant strides. I am waxing stronger daily in health, strength, and prosperity. Christ is my wisdom; therefore, I will never walk in confusion. I know the next step to take because the Holy Spirit is my teacher. I can confidently dream for tomorrow because I know my tomorrow is history with God. I refuse to give fear any place in my life because I am founded on the Rock of Ages. Hallelujah.
