"Now you Philippians know also that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church shared with me concerning giving and receiving but you only." (Phillippians 4:15)
Today's theme scripture bears a weighty message, and you may need to read this devotional twice over to get the meat of what the Master is saying to us today. However, before we take off, we must refresh ourselves on what grace is. Grace is divine ability. It is the ability of God in a person to procure supernatural results over and beyond any human intellectual, physical or metaphysical capacity. It is also God's ability at work in a person to superintend, superimpose and surpass the activity of contrary spirits such that the works of these spirits are only identifiable as counterfeit.
Acts 20:32 says it clearly, "So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified." Grace is encased in the message of the Gospel, and in it is the ability of God.
Generically, the equation for receiving grace is humility. James 4:6 says, "But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: "God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble." Proverbs 3:34 says, "Surely He scorns the scornful, But gives grace to the humble." In the realm of the spirit, an act of humility is the necessary ingredient to procure grace for anything.
In the matter of provision, giving is the act of humility that unlocks grace. Luke 6:38 says, "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you." And I am not talking about the tithe. The tithe is about identity. When you pay the tithe, like circumcision, you identify God as your provision source. Not everyone pays the tithe because not everyone is required to.
However, in the matter of procuring grace for provision, you will have to be submissive to God through willful benevolence. Proverbs 11:24 says, "There is one who scatters, yet increases more; And there is one who withholds more than is right, But it leads to poverty." The one who becomes poor withholds more than is right.
Today, God says you already know this grace. 2 Corinthians 8:9 says, "For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich." Since you already know the will of God concerning the provision you require, what is left is action. 2 Corinthians 9:7 says, "Let each one give [thoughtfully and with purpose] just as he has decided in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver [and delights in the one whose heart is in his gift]."
Release something on this message. Make a vow or a pledge or simply send an offering as you are led by the Holy Ghost. There is more for you!
Have a great day!
Faith-Filled Confession
I hear God's Word to do it. I am a doer of the Word, a kingdom financier, a change-maker, and God's answer to the destitute and needy. As I demonstrate humility towards God and release my faith through benevolence, God's ability abounds toward me so that I am enabled to expand my capacity to give and meet every project with the abundance that the Lord provides me with. My God is Jehovah Jireh, and I testify that I am abundantly supplied. Glory!

Prayer Point for Families
Pray in the tongues of the Spirit, praising and thanking the Lord who is most worthy of our praise, and affirm His Word concerning you.
Psalms 102:13 & 15 says, "Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favor her, yea, the set time, is come… So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory."
Pray in tongues for your family. Proclaim the Name of the LORD Jesus over them with peace, health, protection, righteousness, prosperity, and grace.
Pray in the Spirit and prophesy as the Spirit inspires for the deliverance of children and teens from satanic ideologies, worldly lust, and corrupting influences of this world. Especially through social media, video games, and entertainment. 2 Thessalonians 3:1-2
