“I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God [with faith and humility] like a child will not enter it at all.” (Luke 18:17 AMP)
It only takes a child-like faith to move mountain. Amazingly, you already have this faith in your spirit. It was the same faith that made it possible for you to receive salvation. Jesus said to His disciples after they asked Him, “Why couldn’t we cast out that demon?” He said, “…because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.” (Matthew 17:29) In other words, it takes a faith as small as a grain of mustard seed to walk in endless possibilities. Hallelujah! Notice what Jesus said: “If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed.” At this point He was talking to folks who were not saved; men and women who did not have faith as an inherent product of their spirit. But you are different. You were born with faith embedded in your spirit. You do not lack faith. Hallelujah! Hear me! You do not lack the faith required to live a life style of miracles. Your faith is more than enough for you to walk in miracles each and every day.
What you need to learn right now is how to put it to work. Firstly, when it comes to reigning over demons and all the attributes of darkness, it’s something you ought to do by default because you have already triumphed over them all in Christ Jesus. Secondly, with respect to walking in supernatural abundance, the scripture declares in Ephesians 1:3; “All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.” This spiritual realm is where you belong; you were born into this realm and you live in it right now. This realm is called the kingdom of God. So when Jesus said, “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God [with faith and humility] like a child will not enter it at all.” (Luke 18:17 AMP) He was not referring to the new creation that is already in the kingdom as a result of their birth. He was dealing with sense ruled men who do not have the life and nature of God.
On the other hand, you need the same exercise of faith that it would take others to get into the kingdom, to enjoy all the blessings in the kingdom. Jesus said, “I can guarantee this truth: Whoever doesn’t receive God’s kingdom as a little child receives it will never enter it.” Meaning, exercising this kind of faith is the holy grail to walking in miracles. This means that you must accept the truth of God’s Word as a little one would accept when you tell them that you are going to buy them an airplane. A child’s belief system is not complicated; it is rooted in love. When a child knows that you love him or her, the child would believe anything you say. So when the Spirit of God said that this month is your month of peace with prosperity, you are not to ask why, how or when. Just TAKE IT! Take it and run with it. Let it dominate your being. Refuse to see outside of the Word of God. What else has the Lord said to you? Take it! I love the centurion’s response in Matthew 8:8 when Jesus said “...I will go and heal him.” The centurion replied, "Sir, I am not worthy to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed.” He was saying, “I know who you are. Just give the word and it shall be so.” Hallelujah!
Brothers and sisters, there is no mountain before you that is bigger than your faith. Talk to it and it will give way. Put away the religious thoughts that are contrary to who Jesus says you are. Refuse to consult with your feelings. Be bold to speak the Word only.
God Bless You!
Faith Filled Confession:
God’s Word is exalted in my life. The Word of God is exalted above every situation and circumstance that I face. I choose to believe what the Word has said about me. Therefore, I declare that I am a victor! I am more than a conqueror. I am blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places. I do not lack. I have more than enough to be a blessing to others. I live in health. I function by the Wisdom of God to the glory of God the Father. Hallelujah!
