THANK GOD FOR EVERYTHING

“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.”

(Lamentations 3:22–23)

Can you believe it? Today is the last day of 2025—and you made it. Congratulations! God has truly been good to you. The words of Lamentations have proven faithful in your life this year: His love did not fail, His mercy did not run out, and His faithfulness carried you through every season of 2025. Regardless of the challenges you faced, you are still standing. Hallelujah! The storms did not witness your end—but you lived to see theirs. Glory to God!

God has been constant in your life. Conditions changed, circumstances shifted, but He remained the same. His promise stands sure: “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5). He was with you through every moment of 2025, and He will be with you forever. Jesus Himself said, “Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:20). Even when you didn’t feel His presence, He never left you. This is a consciousness you must carry forward—situations change, but God does not.

The Lord declares, “I am the Lord, I do not change; therefore you are not consumed” (Malachi 3:6). Even when you made mistakes or less-than-perfect choices, His love did not diminish, His mercy did not run dry, His grace did not expire, and His presence did not withdraw. Scripture assures us, “If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself” (2 Timothy 2:13). What a faithful God we serve!

Child of God, you have so much to be thankful for. Refuse to be trapped by a single “bad” moment or defined by a collection of negative memories—this is how discouragement gains access. Instead, fix your attention on the goodness and mercy of God throughout 2025. Give thanks for the preservation, the growth, the lessons, the victories, and the grace that carried you through.

Spend the remaining moments of 2025 in thanksgiving. Step boldly into 2026 with hope, expectation, and confidence—because God has greater glory ahead for you.

Thank You, Father, for Your goodness, love, mercy, grace, and abiding presence throughout 2025. Thank You that no weapon formed against me prospered. Thank You for turning every scheme of the enemy into an advantage for my good. I give You praise for all You have done in 2025, and I step into the new year with gratitude, faith, and expectation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
