TAKE YOUR DIVINE OBLIGATION SERIOUSLY

“I listen carefully to what God the LORD is saying, for he speaks peace to his faithful people. But let them not return to their foolish ways” (Psalm 85:8).

We must not take lightly whatever the Lord is stirring in us. God is concerned that there are some members of our families who are not saved or who are operating under the cloud of the devil. The Lord says, “If I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for their sin, but I will hold you accountable for their blood” (Ezekiel 3:18). Maybe there is a name that comes to your mind as you read this; it may be a family member or a colleague at work. Regardless of who it is, if the Lord has marked you as a witness to minister to His heart on their behalf, and you do not, He will surely hold you accountable for whatever happens to them. 

Make no mistake; the responsibility to minister to the heart of God on behalf of members of your family is not in the hands of a pastor or an out of town big name preacher. The days of hoping that someone else will fulfill your obligation to pray are long gone. It is time to awake to your divine obligation! There is a revolution going on! You cannot fold your arms or close your eyes as your children and family head in the wrong direction and you can no longer fault anyone for the way things are going. If things are not going in the way that God’s will dictates, then your knees must buckle until there is a change. God has charged you with the responsibility to intercede on behalf of your spouse, children, and those who are in your circle of influence. Mere talking will no longer suffice. “Let’s get counseling” will also no longer suffice. Don’t get me wrong, counseling is great, but the effectiveness of any counseling session lies first in you ministering to the heart of God. You must completely submerge yourself in God’s divine will for your life.  

Ezekiel 3:17 says, “Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at My mouth, and give them warning from Me.” Pay attention to the order here: Ezekiel was to get before God to hear a Word and whatever Word he received from God, he was to declare to the people. And thank God that Ezekiel did his part.  In the same vein, I believe that the Lord is saying to you now, “My child, get before My face for I have something to tell you about you and My assignment over your life. I have My Spirit on you as a watchman. There is a revolution going on, and you need to know your place and role. You need to be in position with my Spirit because you will be faulted for whatever happens in your family that contradicts My divine will. I have called you to arise and shine because my glory is already on you. It’s time to get off your high horse and get in the trenches to wade off the foxes, predators, and agents of hell. It’s time to stand and stretch your holy hands over your divine jurisdiction and say what I am saying. there of move  to bring people out of their mess, chaos, drama, sickness, confusion, lust, and bondage into divine position and purpose in God by the power of the Holy Spirit which is at work in you. So it’s time to awake to your divine obligation.

Faith-Filled Confession

I take advantage of the unction of the Holy Ghost to do wonders this year. The glory of God will be revealed in and through me this year. I am awake spiritually, mentally, and physically to God’s will for my life. Glory to God.

Thanksgiving Day

Pray and offer unto the Lord the fruit of our lips, giving thanks and making confessions unto His Name for all things, for He is righteous and faithful and there's none compared to Him.

As you pray, give thanks to the Lord for His goodness in your life and the victories He's given you; speak forth His words which the Holy Spirit prompts within you and give Him glory.

Thank God for answers to prayer. 

Give a seed that represent what you are expecting from God.
