STILL CONSIDER IT JOYFUL

5/12/2025

"My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials." (James 1:2)

There is no depression to the life of the believer who understands joy is an inherent aspect of the recreated spirit. Does that means that situation will not present itself that will challenge that reality God’s Word in your life? Yes, there will be things and people that will attempt to make the Word of God a lie in our lives. But the Bible says that we should count it all joy when we are pressed on every side. In other words, we must maintain a posture of joy.

When you got born again, joy alongside love, faith, kindness, gentleness and self-control were factory-fitted into the new you such that all you need to become conscious of joy and then act based on it. Galatians 5:22 says, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law."

And here is why joy is so important. With joy, you can alter the plans of spirits, negative and positive, that have been set for manifestation in the physical realm. Isaiah 12:3 says, "Therefore with joy, you will draw water From the wells of salvation." This means that with joy, you can pull out any outcome and even alter the ones that were predetermined before you were born. This is why I say that whatever you do, do it with joy. Let joy pilot your moods, reactions and personal disposition. Let it douse the negative words that may be hauled at you from time to time. Copy Jesus. Sometimes, His joy was so manifest that people thought was out of His mind (according to Mark 3:21). They felt so because joy is a weapon that unnerves the enemy.

This is why today's theme scripture is so important. The enemy is thoroughly whipped and disoriented when you are joyful even after he has done everything to steal your joy and you are rejoicing. Philippians 4:4 says, "Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!"In other words, irrespective of circumstances, be joyful.

Saints, there can be no person, thing, place or circumstance capable of making you sad if you understand the joy that's inherent in your being. So shout glory and walk in love. You are winning.

God bless you!
