SHOW HIM YOUR LOVE

"If you love Me, keep My commands” (John 14:15).

Discipleship is a love affair. A disciple is a product of love, an offspring of the word, a divine icon to the world, and a delivery system by which God’s love is transmitted to humanity. A disciple is hard-wired to love Jesus and has an unbreakable loyalty to the Lord. This what makes operating in the gift and the anointing of the Holy Ghost commonplace in the life of a disciple. God does nothing for the world without His body of disciples—the Church. 

A disciple does not necessarily have to pray for a move of God, because the disciple is the move of God. Child of God, you are the move of God! Hallelujah! And this is why you don't have to pray and fast without end to manifest the glory of God. All that is required of you is your submission to the Word of God and to the leading of the Holy Spirit.  Jesus said, "If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. This is to My Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, proving yourselves to be My disciple" (John 15:7-8).

Discipleship is a love walk that is void of personal, material, or worldly needs or desires. The life of a disciple is a life of being yielded to the Lord, ministering to His greatest desire. And 1 Timothy 2:4 tells us what that desire is: "[He] desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." In John 15:8, Jesus said that we prove ourselves to be His disciples when we bear much fruit. In other words, the strength of discipleship is evaluated in how many you have led to the Lord.  

Saints, soul-winning is the Lord's call for this hour. Jesus gave the commission in Matthew 28:19 to “...go and make disciples of all nations.” In Ezekiel 33:11, the Lord said, “Say unto them, as I live, saith the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live…” So if your desire is to show your love for Jesus, then you must reach your world with the gospel of His grace and love. In John 14:15, Jesus said, "If you love Me, you will keep My commandments." So show your love for the Lord today by praying for the salvation of souls and by sharing the gospel of Jesus with those around you.

Faith-Filled Confession:

I will diligently keep the Word of God and do that which is pleasing to the Father by sharing the gospel with those around me. In doing so, souls are saved and territories are won over for the kingdom of God and I partake of the blessing, In Jesus' name. Amen!
