REAL FAITH FOR REAL MIRACLES

“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Romans 10:17)

Real faith is rooted in what God said, not merely in what He did. You can’t afford to miss this truth. Let me say it again: real faith is anchored in the Word of God — not in His acts. Jesus told Thomas, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” 

In reality, God cannot do anything without the Word. What He desires is for us to root our faith in His Word alone, not just in visible miracles or signs.

 John 1:1-5 says:

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.”

David also declared, “The entrance of Your words gives light...” (Psalm 119:130). This is why we must maintain a strong consciousness of the Word, believing that God is who He says He is — not because of what we see, but because of what He has said.

For those who are of the senses (those who are not born again), Romans 1:19-20 explains:

“For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For His invisible attributes — His eternal power and divine nature — have been clearly seen since the creation of the world, being understood through what He has made, so that they are without excuse.”

The carnal man relies on what he can see and touch to believe the supernatural. But we who are spiritual rely on the Word!

Brothers and sisters, we are not of this world. We do not operate by the senses. We are supernatural beings — offspring of the Word. You are the sign and wonder God has wrought in Christ Jesus to this world. You are the visible expression of Christ’s victory over hell and death.

No wonder the Apostle Paul exclaimed, “For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.” (Romans 8:19). Notice, it’s not the sons of God who are waiting, but creation itself — waiting for you to show up as the “you” that the Bible talks about. Hallelujah!

This is why you must operate with real faith. Until you do, there will be no true manifestation. It takes real faith to demonstrate the God-kind of life.

So, what is real faith? Real faith is faith in the finished work of Christ. It is an unwavering confidence in Christ’s victory as a present-hour reality. It is denying your senses the right to question or challenge the significance of Christ’s triumph in your life. It is choosing to believe divine truth as final, regardless of circumstances, time, or place.

Real faith always shouts: GLORY!

Faith-Filled Confession

I am productive and victorious on every count. I have overcome this world. I am not disadvantaged in any way, shape, or form. The life and nature of God are working in me right now. Every day for me is crowned with prosperity and excellence. I refuse to have a bad day — a thousand times NO! Goodness, favor, and prosperity overflow in my life today. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ! Amen!

Prayer Point

1.   Prayer for the Nations

2 Corinthians 10:4-5

-       Pray fervently in tongues of the Spirit

-       Pray for the nations of the world that they are free from oppressions of darkness

2.   Prayer for the Salvation of Souls

2 Corinthians 4:3-4

-       We are declaring the salvation of souls in every sphere of our lives

-       Be it in our catchment areas, families or places of work

-       We break the influence of satan over their hearts and minds in the Name of Jesus

3.   Prayer for Church Growth

Mark 16:20

-       We are praying that all our soul winning activities are yielding to growth in all our Churches

Psalm 22:27-28(Msg)

-       Declare that all over the world the Churches of Jesus Christ are overflowing with souls, as the gospel dominates all nations transcending all manmade barriers to its spread

-       As they come, they will be inundated with the Vision our ministry and become strong and vibrant members of our nations
