PRESSING IN OTHER TONGUES
9/13/2026
“You have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise.”
— Hebrews 10:36
There are seasons when you cannot afford to be casual about prayer. You have to press in! Commitment means staying with God until what He has spoken becomes evident in your life.
You are already a victor in Christ. The Bible says, “We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us”(Romans 8:37). The victory has been won; your responsibility is to enforce that victory through deliberate spiritual engagement.
One powerful way to do this is by praying in other tongues.
The Holy Spirit knows what you need to pray for, even when you don't know how to articulate it. Romans 8:26 says the Spirit helps us in our weakness and intercedes for us according to God's will.
So press in!
Don't stop because you don't see immediate results. Don't allow delay, pressure, or circumstances to silence your prayer. Pray until your spirit is strengthened. Pray until your heart is settled. Pray until you receive that inner assurance of victory.
Set intentional prayer breaks throughout your day. Pray in the Spirit over your family, your finances, your assignment, your church, and the purposes of God for your life. As you pray, let the Word of God and prophetic declarations flow from your spirit.
Your prayer life matters.
There are purposes God wants to accomplish through you. There are people, families, and communities connected to your obedience and intercession. You are not merely praying for yourself—you are partnering with God in His purposes in the earth.
Therefore, don't draw back. Don't quit. Don't become distracted. PRESS IN!
A new day is upon you. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep speaking the Word.
The victory is yours. Now enforce it!
FAITH-FILLED CONFESSION
I am committed to prayer. I refuse to draw back or give up. I pray in the Holy Spirit and allow God to work through me according to His perfect will. I am strengthened in my spirit and guided by the Holy Spirit. I press in with confidence, knowing that I am victorious in Christ. God's purposes for my life, my family, and my assignment shall be fulfilled. I am marvelously helped by God. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
