MOST BLESSED FOREVER

02/22/2024

"...You [Jesus] have made him most blessed forever; You have made him exceedingly glad with Your presence." (Psalm 21:6)

It is one thing to be blessed. It's a totally different thing to be most blessed forever. His endowment making you the most blessed is not like the Oscars, where one person wins the Best Actor award for the year, and then, in the following year, someone else wins the award. No. When God endowed you with His greatest blessing, it was forever.

Ephesians 1:3 says, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ." One of the indicators of being the most blessed of the Lord is described in Ephesians 1:4, which says that God "...chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love." Think about it for a second: God, the creator of the vast universe, chose you to be holy, blameless, and in love with Him. Now, what prayer could you possibly offer to God that He would not answer favorably? There is none. Romans 8:32 says, "He [God] who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?" This means that there is absolutely nothing you can request that will faze God. However, if you are going to ask in a way that you would receive answers to, then you have to ask in faith and according to the Father's will. This is where meditation becomes an all-important activity.

Spend some time today pondering all the scriptures mentioned in today's devotional in the context of your most pressing desire, and it won't matter what you want. As images begin to form in your mind based on your meditation on these scriptures, pray about whatever you were meditating for, and you will have your answer.

Have a beautiful day.

Faith-Filled Confession

I am God's most blessed forever. Therefore, I pray, and God answers, granting me everything I ask in faith and in His will. Because I am chosen, holy, blameless, and in love with the Lord, my life overflows with stupendous blessings so that the world around me is always in awe of my darling Yeho-Shua. Hallelujah
