JOY UNSPEAKABLE

10/8/2025

“Although you have never seen Christ, you love Him. You don’t see Him now, but you believe in Him. You are extremely happy with joy and praise that can hardly be expressed in words.” — 1 Peter 1:8

The best response to any form of distraction is joy—joy expressed through praise.

We see this clearly demonstrated in Psalm 2:

“Why are the nations so angry? Why do they waste their time with futile plans? The kings of the earth prepare for battle; the rulers plot together against the LORD and against His Anointed One… But the One who rules in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them.”

The Almighty doesn’t panic in the face of opposition—He laughs! And the Scriptures command us in Ephesians 5:1 to “be imitators of God.” That means when situations arise, instead of fretting, we rejoice and laugh in faith, knowing that victory is already ours in Christ.

You may say, “But Pastor, we’re not the God.” True—but we are children of God!The Bible declares in 1 Corinthians 6:17, “He that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.” That means whatever happens to you happens to Him. If He isn’t shaken, neither should you be. Praise God!

Make up your mind today that you will not be distracted from the divine course God has set before you. No matter who or what tries to draw your attention away, remain unshakable, because victory is already yours. There is a pathway of prosperity, joy, miracles, and unstoppable increase set before you by God.

When Jesus faced His greatest test, He chose focus over distraction. The Bible says, “…who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of God’s throne” (Hebrews 12:2). Jesus didn’t let the pain or pressure derail Him—He looked ahead to the joy.

Child of God, do the same. The victory is in your spirit—speak it out loud!

1 Peter 1:8 reminds us again:

“Although you have never seen Christ, you love Him… You are extremely happy with joy and praise that can hardly be expressed in words.”

That same faith you show in believing in an unseen Christ is the same posture God expects you to take when facing challenges. Even before the results appear, rejoice! Praise Him with joy unspeakable, knowing that His Word never fails.

Say like David,

“I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” (Psalm 34:1)

So laugh through the storm, rejoice in the waiting, and praise your way into manifestation—because your joy is your victory!

Faith-Filled Confession

I am full of joy unspeakable and full of glory.

I refuse to be distracted by the circumstances around me.

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.

I rejoice in faith, knowing that victory is mine already.

No fear, no doubt, no distraction can move me.

I bless the Lord at all times—His praise is continually in my mouth!

Prayer Point:

2  Chronicles  5:11-14

Now all the priests who were present had consecrated themselves regardless of their divisions. And when the priests came out of the Holy Place, all the Levitical singers—Asaph, Heman, Jeduthun, and their sons and relatives—stood on the east side of the altar, dressed in fine linen and playing cymbals, harps, and lyres, accompanied by 120 priests sounding trumpets. The trumpeters and singers joined together to praise and thank the LORD with one voice. They lifted up their voices, accompanied by trumpets, cymbals, and musical instruments, in praise to the LORD: “For He is good; His loving devotion endures forever.”And the temple, the house of the LORD, was filled with a cloud  so that the priests could not stand there to minister because of the cloud. For the glory of the LORD filled the house of God.
