IT’S UNRIGHTEOUSNESS TO WORRY

"Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don't try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he's the one who will keep you on track. Don't assume that you know it all" (Proverbs 3:5-6 MSG).

Worrying of any kind is unrighteousness. It will choke the life of God in you. The Bible says, "Be anxious for nothing." In other words, don't worry about anything. God has commanded us not to worry because of what worry can do to His will in our lives. A life of worry is a life of misfortune and misery and is contrary to God's life in us. And when you examine worry closely, you will realize that it is pride disguised, and God resists the proud. 

There should not be any fear, anxiety, or worry if one is truly walking in the truth of God's Word. 1 John 4:18 says, "No fear exists where His [God's] love is. Rather, perfect love gets rid of fear, because fear involves punishment. The person who lives in fear doesn't have perfect love." Saints, doing God's Word is always to our advantage. Study the scriptures for yourself; there is no record of anyone who acted on God's instructions that turned out to be a failure. Those that walked in obedience turned out to be champions in life. Obedience to God's instructions will save you from destruction and will cause you to make progress in life. Also, in your obedience, the name of Jesus is glorified. 

So, if you are being confronted by voices that are telling you to go against God's Word, cast them down in Jesus' name.  2 Corinthians 10:5 says, "Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ." Also, ask God for His mercy. Pray that He will open the eyes of your heart and flood it with the truth of His Word. 

I perceive that God's unspeakable manifestations are upon you. However, you must be aligned to His perfect will for it all to unfold. So, I say to you by the Holy Ghost, "Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don't try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; He's the one who will keep you on track. Don't assume that you know it all" (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Child of God, humble yourself because there is more that God wants to do through your life.

Faith-Filled Confession:

I have joy and peace because I know that my God is on my side. He is working all things out together for my good. I fix my thoughts on the His Word concerning me, and I refuse to worry. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Pray Points

1. Thank the Lord profusely for His word of grace for us in the coming month. Declare that we will experience every blessing of God's Word as will be released by our man God throughout the month of May; and our lives will be lifted to higher planes as the Lord has predetermined (Ps 84:11; Acts 20:32,)

2. Pray for our partners and residents, that an indescribable hunger for souls is stirred in them continually resulting to the salvation of more souls in the Month of May (Acts 4:29-31)

3. Intercede for our residents of GHC across the ministry, that they remain unshakeable in the face of contrary condition.

4. Thank the Lord for your victory of demons and adverse situations today.
