IT’S FOR SOMETHING GREATER

“For though I am away from you in body, yet I am with you in spirit, delighted at the sight of your [standing shoulder to shoulder in such] orderly array and the firmness and the solid front and steadfastness of your faith in Christ [that leaning of the entire human personality on Him in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness].” (Colossians 2:5 AMPC).
The presence of an adversary, challenge, or opposition is all that you need to know that you are marked by the Holy Ghost for greatness. Jesus put it this way while talking about the end times: “Just as the gathering of vultures shows there is a carcass nearby, so these signs indicate that the end is near” (Matthew 24:28). In other words, nothing stands alone. All that you are facing right now points to something greater.
So, in the midst of all noise from hell, hold your ground. Apostle Paul said: "For though I am away from you in body, yet I am with you in spirit, delighted at the sight of your [standing shoulder to shoulder in such] orderly array and the firmness and the solid front and steadfastness of your faith in Christ [that leaning of the entire human personality on Him in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness]” (Colossians 2:5 AMPC). 1 Corinthians 15:58 says, “With all this going for us, my dear, dear friends, stand your ground. And don’t hold back. Throw yourselves into the work of the Master, confident that nothing you do for him is a waste of time or effort.”
So, regardless of what comes your way, and irrespective of what hell tries to throw at you, stand your ground with the Word. And not only stand, but advance in the face of these contradictions. Knowing that Christ in you is the hope of glory. See it all as a set up for something greater. Hallelujah!
Today, I encourage you to cast out fear and unbelief. Push against anything that has come against you. With the Word of God on your lips, face them head-on. You are bold and courageous. You are a victor in Christ Jesus.
Say Amen!
