"Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest is plentiful..." (Matthew 9:37)
Being in the light as He is in the light is the secret to miracles. Jesus abided by this principle—He walked in the light even as the Father is in the light. And when He found Himself being pulled to go against the Father's will, He said to the Father, "Not My will but Yours be done." It's not always pleasurable to walk in the path of the Father; sometimes, your flesh will want to rebel, but at such times, remember to say like Jesus, "Not my will, but Yours be done." Because at the end of the day, your victory is in abiding in God's word.
Jesus said in John 12:49-50, "For I did not speak on My own, but the Father who sent Me commanded Me to say all that I have spoken. I know that His command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told Me to say." And because Jesus did what He saw the Father do, and spoke what the Father spoke, miracles were commonplace everywhere He went. Again, Jesus said in John 5:30, "By Myself, I can do nothing..." He lived his life by imitating the Father—walking in the light of His Word.
Walking in the light of God's Word puts you on the same wavelength as God. When you do this, your vision is aligned to see what God sees. God asked Jeremiah, "What do you see?" "I see the branch of an almond tree," Jeremiah replied. And because Jeremiah saw what God was looking at, God said, "You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that My Word is fulfilled." The moment Jeremiah stepped into God's reality of things, God's miracle-working power was activated.
The principle of vision alignment was further painted by Jesus in Matthew 6:30-33 MSG when He said, "If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers—most of which are never even seen—don't you think he'll attend to you, take pride in you, do his best for you? What I'm trying to do here is to get you to relax, to not be so preoccupied with getting, so you can respond to God's giving. People who don't know God and the way He works fuss over these things, but you know both God and how He works. Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don't worry about missing out. You'll find all your everyday human concerns will be met."
I believe God is asking you today, "What do you see?" Do you see a harvest?
If you do, I dare you to steep your life into God's reality and declare out loud, "I SEE MIRACLES HAPPENING EVERYWHERE." I advance and make tremendous progress. I see me testifying of God's unstoppable miracles in me and through me in Jesus' name." Amen
Now that you have declared those words, do everything to keep your mind on the reality of God for this hour. You are in the midst of harvest.
Hallelujah!
Faith-Filled Confession:
I see a festival of miracles happening everywhere. I see an avalanche of miracles in every area of my life. This month, I advance and make tremendous progress. I see me testifying of God's unstoppable miracles in me and through me in Jesus' name. Amen
