"I will stand my watch And set myself on the rampart, And watch to see what He will say to me, And what I will answer when I am corrected. Then the LORD answered me and said: “Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it" (Habakkuk 2:1-2).
The revelations that come to you while you sleep are not to be taken lightly. No matter their origin, these revelations are indicative of something brewing in the spirit realm. Often, you may not even understand the dream or vision, but it is important that you write them down in a book when you are awake.
Why is this important? It is important to take note of and be able to pray about all movements in the spirit realm concerning you, your family, your community, and your entire spiritual jurisdiction. Leave out none of the details when you write these revelations, and then make a daily commitment to revisit that book's contents when you pray. Go over each line item in your book, praying in tongues, recognizing that the Holy Spirit helps you address the real implications of the dreams. Romans 8:26 affirms, "Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered."
As you become accountable to God for the revelations that you receive by writing them down and organizing yourself to address these revelations by praying in tongues, you will deepen your relationship with the Lord such that He will begin to show you more and even widen your jurisdiction.
This year, refuse to be casual about the revelations you receive. Rather, make notes and use them as prayer points, revisiting them daily until you have a note of victory in your heart.
Have a beautiful day.
God bless you!
Faith-Filled Confession
I am accountable to God for the visions that I receive. I live with purpose and no spiritual information that comes to me escapes an appropriate and proportional response. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
Day 8 of 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting
Pray for Renewal and Revival in our Nation
▪ Intercede for your relatives and friends who have not yet accepted Jesus as their Savior and Lord.
▪ Declare an exodus from darkness in your city, believing for the salvation of many.
▪ Pray that our outreach and evangelistic activities this year will yield a bountiful harvest of souls, bringing glory to Jesus.
▪ Pray for numerical growth in the Church as souls are saved and lives transformed.
▪ Pray that more hearts in your city will become receptive to the gospel of Christ, just as it was with Lydia (Acts 16:14).
▪ Refute every activity of darkness in your city; declare that light has come. Pray against crime, racism, drug abuse, and other manifestations of darkness.
