Hold My Word before you

“Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you.” — Proverbs 4:25
God said to Joshua, “Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night…” (Joshua 1:8). In essence, God was saying, “Hold My Word before you.” Keep it in your sight, in your thoughts, and on your lips.
How do you hold the Word before you? Through meditation and confession.
Every manifestation of God’s power in your life begins with your mouth. If your mouth is not aligned with the Word, your life will struggle to reflect it. What you consistently see and accept is what you will speak—and what you speak, you will eventually become.
So the question is: what do you have before you?
If what you are focusing on contradicts what God has said, then it must be replaced. You cannot see the glory of God while holding on to a picture that opposes His Word.
The Spirit of God has declared that this is your season of recognition and favor. That means you must deliberately hold before you a picture that reflects God’s vision of your life this month. See yourself as God sees you: glorious, noble, elegant, prosperous, and distinguished.
But it doesn’t stop with what you see—you must also examine your words and actions. Ask yourself daily: Do my words reflect honor? Do my actions align with what God has said about me? If not, adjust quickly. Alignment is key.
The Spirit is saying today: focus on the glory that is already on your life. Even if you don’t yet see overwhelming physical evidence, look closer. There are signs—moments of favor, unexpected kindness, open doors, small victories. These are indicators of the grace at work within you.
And even if you don’t see any visible signs yet, God’s Word is enough. When you choose to believe and give thanks for His Word, you position yourself for greater manifestation.
In Exodus 3, Moses saw a burning bush and turned aside to look. It was when he gave attention that God spoke. In the same way, God’s Word is your burning bush. As you give it your attention—holding it before you, meditating on it, speaking it—you will step into its fullness.
So begin each day intentionally. Hold the right picture before you. Speak in alignment with it. Live from it.
Say it boldly:
“I am glorious. I am noble. I am favored. I am prosperous. I am walking in honor.”
And as you hold it before you, it will become your reality.
God bless you.
Faith-Filled Confession:
Thank You, Father, for making me marvelous and full of Your glory. I hold Your Word before me daily. My thoughts, words, and actions align with who You say I am. I walk in honor, favor, and abundance. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
