GOD IS WITH YOU ALWAYS

“Do not be afraid, for I am with you; do not be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you.” — Isaiah 41:10

I know there are moments when that can feel like a lie. There may be times when you don’t feel God, you don’t understand what He is doing, or you cannot see how everything will work out. But your feelings and the situation in front of you do not change the reality of God’s Word.

God is with you—not because everything feels right, but because He said He is with you.

Think about Peter. Jesus was physically present with him when Peter stepped out of the boat and began walking on water. Yet, when Peter saw the wind and the waves, he became afraid and began to sink.

Jesus was still with Peter even while he was sinking.

Peter’s circumstances did not mean that Jesus had left him. In fact, when Peter began to sink, he knew exactly what to do. He cried out, “Lord, save me!” (Matthew 14:30).

Sometimes, you may feel like you are sinking. You may be facing pressure, uncertainty, disappointment, or situations you cannot control. But don’t interpret God’s presence through your circumstances. The fact that you are going through something does not mean that God has left you.

Isaiah 41:10 says:

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”

Notice what God promises: I am with you. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you. This means God knows what is going on. He sees what you are facing. He knows the pressure, the uncertainty, and the things you cannot explain.

Your responsibility is to respond to His Word with faith-filled words.

Peter did not give a speech about how deep the water was. He did not explain why he was sinking. He called on Jesus.

Saint, what is that mountain before you today? What situation has made you afraid? What circumstance has made you feel like you are sinking?

CALL THE NAME OF JESUS!

Declare that He is your Helper. Declare that He is your strength. Declare that He is your victory. Declare that He is working in your situation. Declare that your testimony is coming forth.

You do not have to face tomorrow by yourself. You do not have to carry every burden in your own strength. You do not have to be afraid of what is ahead because you are not going there alone.

Jesus said: “And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” — Matthew 28:20 His presence is not temporary. His presence is not seasonal. His presence is not dependent on how you feel.

He is with you always.

So, when you don’t feel Him, declare that He is with you. When you don’t understand what He is doing, declare that all things are working together for your good. When you cannot see the way forward, declare that you are a child of the Word and that God is ordering your steps.

Don't let the situation have the final word. Let God’s Word have the final word.

God is with you. You are not alone. And because He is with you, you can face whatever is ahead.

FAITH FILLED CONFESSION

Papa God, I thank You because I am never alone. You are with me always. Your presence gives me courage, strength, peace, and confidence. I refuse to be afraid of what is ahead because You are with me. I refuse discouragement because You are my God. You strengthen me, You help me, and You uphold me. When I feel like I am sinking, I call on the name of Jesus. You are my Helper, my strength, my victory, and my testimony. I trust You, I depend on You, and I move forward knowing that Your presence goes with me. I am never alone. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
