"Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us." — Ephesians 3:20
One of the greatest limitations believers face is not God's ability, but their perception of His ability. Too often, we bring God-sized possibilities down to the level of our own experiences, resources, and understanding. Yet God is far greater than our greatest expectations.
The Apostle Paul reminds us that God is able to do "exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think." In other words, God's plan is bigger than your biggest prayer. His provision is greater than your greatest need. His power exceeds your greatest challenge.
Think about Abraham. He desired a son, but God made him the father of many nations. Think about Joseph. He dreamed of influence, but God elevated him to preserve entire nations. Think about David. He was simply tending sheep, but God was preparing him for a throne.
God has a way of exceeding expectations.
Perhaps you have been praying for a supernatural intervention. Be encouraged today: God is not limited by what you can see. He is working behind the scenes, arranging circumstances, opening doors, and positioning people to bring His purpose to pass.
Notice that Ephesians 3:20 says this happens "according to the power that works in us." The Holy Spirit lives within you. The power of God is already at work in your life. You are not trying to get God to move; He is already moving. Your role is to believe, agree with His Word, and walk forward in faith.
Do not reduce your expectations to match your circumstances. Lift your eyes higher. Dream again. Believe again. Trust again.
The God you serve specializes in doing more than you expected, more than you imagined, and more than you thought possible.

Faith-Filled Confession
My God is able and willing to do exceedingly abundantly above all that I ask or think. I refuse to limit Him with doubt, fear, or unbelief. I believe His promises, trust His timing, and walk confidently in His purpose for my life. The power of God is at work in me, producing results beyond my expectations. My future is bright, my testimony is sure, and God's best is unfolding in my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.
