GO AND DO BIG THINGS

“And the Lord answered me: “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it” (Habakkuk 2:2).

Someone rightly said, “Whatever is worth doing at all, is worth doing well.” And I dare to add; not only is it worth doing well, but it’s worth doing big. In John 3:2 Nicodemus came to Jesus and said “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.” In other words, the results of Jesus were not man made but God’s. And if that same God lives in us today, we all should expect the same result that Jesus got. 

Meaning, whatever we set our mind to do is going to be done by the Spirit of God, just like Jesus. Zachariah 4:6 declares, “…Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.” Again, since He lives in you, why not aim high. 1 Thessalonians 5:24 says “Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.” 

So, to accomplish great things in life, you must write out your plan with due dates. Just having a plan in your head is not enough. You must write it down and make it plain. Habakkuk 2:2 says “And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it”

Secondly, present it to God in prayer. Proverbs 3:6 says “in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”Thirdly, you must be diligent at working the vision swiftly and with vigor. Proverbs 22:29 says “Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.” 

Lastly, since the accomplishment of His plan is dependent on the Holy Spirit,  your continuous obedience to the leading of His Spirit, must be non-negotiable.

Faith Filled Confession

I see favor in all that I do today. I see God’s ability at work in me today; causing me to demonstrate consistently the character and personality of the Spirit. I am a trophy of Christ’s victory. I am anointed to spread and make evident the fragrance of the knowledge of God everywhere. Today, I declare that I am a success; I walk in prosperity and victory. I am an answer to someone's problem today, in Jesus name, Amen!
