FROM GLORY TO GLORY

9/9/2025

“But the path of the just (righteous) is like the light of dawn, that shines brighter and brighter until [it reaches its full strength and glory in] the perfect day.” —Proverbs 4:18

Knowing who you are in Christ Jesus sets you on an irrevocable course of victory and success every day. The Apostle John wrote: “I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life” (1 John 5:13). The word “know” here is from the Greek eidó, meaning to grasp spiritual reality and live from that standpoint. John’s intent was that we would live in the conscious reality of eternal life—becoming God’s living proof that Jesus is who He says He is, frustrating darkness and liberating men from its grip.

To live in defeat and misery is to walk outside the reality of righteousness. Scripture says, “Whatever is not of faith is sin”(Romans 14:23). And faith is simply living in the light of God’s Word, regardless of circumstances. When you declare, “I have victory in my health” even while facing painful symptoms, that is faith.

Beloved, when you were born again, you were born into a life of glory—and it only gets better from there! Your life is not designed to move from weakness to strength, but from strength to strength; not from defeat to victory, but from victory to victory. Your today is greater than your yesterday, and your tomorrow will outshine your today. This is why every new day should excite you—you are stepping into greater glory.

But to reflect this glory, you must feed on the Word. The more of the Word you take in, the more glory you radiate. “And all of us, as with unveiled face, because we continued to behold in the Word of God as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever-increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another...” (2 Corinthians 3:18). Proverbs 4:18 affirms this—your path is one of ever-increasing glory.

So choose today to see possibilities. See yourself through the eyes of God. His plans for you are far beyond what your mind can imagine. Refuse to be limited. You are unstoppable, because your life is ordained to go from glory to glory!

Faith-Filled Confession

Because I have eternal life at work in me, I manifest the virtues and perfections of Christ. My path shines brighter and brighter; it is flooded with light, and I do not stumble. I live in unending victory, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
