"Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come— In the volume of the book it is written of Me— To do Your will, O God'” (Hebrews 10:7).
There is something written about you in the Word of God that you ought to fulfil. And this thing that is written concerning you is actionable.
How do I know this? The Psalmist writes, "My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them" (Psalm 139:15-16).
When God made you, a code from scripture was assigned to you and it is your obligation to find that code and fulfil it. Someone might be wondering, "...how can I even know that there is such a code in scripture that is personal to me?"
1 Peter 2:21 says, "For you have been called for this purpose, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you would follow in His steps." In other words, if we would just look at the life of Jesus, we will understand that just as He had a code of scripture that was actionable, you do too.
Luke 4:16-20 says, "So He [Jesus] came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. And He was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written: “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD.”Then He closed the book, and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were fixed on Him." Jesus located His code in the scripture and lived it out with proofs.
You too, have a code in the volume of the book, and if you would speak in other tongues, in inquiry of the Holy Spirit, He can quicken your mind to grasp the exact verses so that you do not have to grope in the dark.
Don't be a generalist when God spoke a specific scripture about you. 2 Peter 1:9 says, "And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts."
Jesus' operative words in the volume of the book were "preach," "heal," "set at liberty," and "proclaim." Yours may be "publish" or "meditate" or "see" but you can't be certain until you have inquired of the Holy Spirit. Saint, I am asking you to step into the prophetic word of scripture concerning you by asking the Holy Ghost to reveal you to you from the pages of scripture.
It just pays to have this level of light.
Have a fruitful day!
Faith-Filled Confession
I declare that I am inundated by the Holy Spirit to see myself in the holy written word of God. And as I see myself, I run with what I see to actualize the Word of God as it is written of me. My mind is ready and my heart is alert to indict the specific matter spoken by God for me to fulfil. In Jesus' name. Amen
Prayer Point
Pray specially for ministers, saints of God and the Church of Christ to be protected and delivered from the satanic deception of these last days.
Declare that God’s children are strengthened, on fire, equipped, inspired, encouraged, vibrant, and they boldly and fearlessly declare the Word of God in all nations of the world.
Declare that there is a mighty harvest of souls all over the world, and the knowledge of the glory of the Lord covers the entire earth as the waters cover the sea.
