FIGHTING AGAINST GOD

"So in the present case, I advise you: Leave these men alone. Let them go! For if their purpose or endeavor is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop them. You may even find yourselves fighting against God" (Acts 5:38-39). God's work is always extraordinary and bound to attract the good and the not-so-good. And in your life, it doesn't matter who is for or against it because no force can stop or reverse God's plan for your life. Everything that you face has been programmed to take you higher. Romans 8:28 says, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." When you study the account of Balaam, who has bribed to curse those that God Almighty had blessed., you would notice that not only did his curse fail to manifest, but that God used it as an occasion to bless His people the more. Deuteronomy 23:5 says, "However, the LORD your God would not listen to Balaam but turned the curse into a blessing for you, because the LORD your God loves you." In other words, nothing can be to your disadvantage. The opinions of men have already failed in Jesus' name! Listen, God has anointed you to be a game-changer and a proof producer. You are an icon of divine success and progress. So let not your heart be troubled when the sea of this world becomes boisterous and when people you call friends and family suddenly turn on you. It is because you are becoming too blessed for their comfort. Like I always say, it's not your fault; it's the God in you. And these things are nothing to be compared to what is coming your way because God is just warming up. In Acts 5, as great miracles began to happen in the lives of the saints, the flesh arose, and hell was troubled and stirred up people who tried to circumvent the move of the Spirit that was happening in the apostles' lives. In one instance, the apostles were brought before the elders to be prosecuted. While the elders were strategizing on how to do away with these apostles lawfully, one of them stood up and said: "I advise you: Leave these men alone. Let them go! For if their purpose or endeavor is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop them. You may even find yourselves fighting against God" (Acts 5:38-39). A few years ago, the Lord said the same thing to me. He said, "Son, anyone that is against you is against Me. Hold yourpeace, and I will fight your battles for you." That's God's Word to you today; anyone that will fight the favor of God in your life will have to answer to God. Anyone that will attempt to shame you will have him or herself to blame. The bottom line is this, anyone that is against the plan of God for your life would have positioned themselves to be fighting God. I believe this is the reason why God has said, walk in love. Don't fuss with anyone because He has everything in His control. Your role is to walk in love and obedience to His Word. God bless you. Faith-Filled Confession:
