FASTING IS ESSENTIAL

"However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” (Matthew 17:21)

There are things that won't shift in the realm of the Spirit until you fast. As long as you are here on earth, there is no way of circumventing fasting in procuring certain advantages and this is why you cannot be complacent about it.

Many have looked at fasting from the point of loss instead of advantage and so the dividends of fasting have not been fully enjoyed by these people.

As an aside, fasting is not a hunger strike. They may seem alike because hunger is their common denominator but fasting must incorporate worship, Bible study and prayer. If these three things are missing from your fast, then what you did was a hunger strike.

There are different types of fasts in the Bible. There are fasts that God ordains. And there are fasts that you decide to undertake. In both cases, fasts activate the peace of God that you already have resident in your heart. This peace is alignment with God. And the moment, you activate alignment, no devil or demonic circumstance can stand against you successfully. Isaiah 58:6 says, "Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke?"

Hear me, there are bonds of wickedness in your city or Spirit-nominated jurisdictions that need to be loosed. Heavy burdens and oppressions that are only removable by your prayer and fasting.

And this is what the Spirit says, "Many have treated fasting like a nice-to-have but in this hour, fasting is a need-to-have, a necessity, because the enemy has stepped up his operation as the time of the end draws near. So step up, my child and let the greater grace of my anointing flow in and through you that the nations may behold your God in His majesty and be changed." Hallelujah!

So plan to join us from January 2nd - 22nd, 2023 for fasting and prayer.

Faith-Filled Confession

I am rightly positioned in the Lord as I fast. Yokes are destroyed. Burdens and removed and the oppressed go free. I partner with God through prayer and fasting to produce a future for myself and many others which could not be possible without praying and fasting. I am helped by God in this matter. Hallelujah!
