EXCELLENCE AND PRODUCTIVITY

1/16/2026

1 Corinthians 3:6

“I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God gave the increase.”

1 Corinthians 12:15–26

“If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.”

God planted and anointed you in your local church for productivity and excellence. He did not plant you there to be passive, indifferent, or merely observant. It grieves the Holy Spirit when a believer lives without producing results worthy of the name of Jesus Christ.

Jesus made this unmistakably clear in John 15:2 when He said, “Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.” Notice the language—fruitlessness is not tolerated in the Kingdom. God’s expectation is growth, increase, and excellence.

If that sounds strong, Jesus reinforces it again in Revelation 3:16: “Because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of My mouth.” Attendance alone is not enough. Kingdom life demands fruit—excellent fruit.

Productivity and excellence in the Kingdom are impossible without immersion in the Holy Spirit. Only the anointing produces results that glorify Christ consistently. To walk like Jesus, you must be yielded to the same Spirit that empowered Jesus. When Jesus entered a place, Heaven followed Him. Darkness could not resist His presence, and everyone who encountered Him by faith was transformed.

Some may say, “But He was Jesus.” Yes, He was—but He also said in John 14:12, “Whoever believes in Me will do the works that I do, and greater works than these.” This means the same anointing that produced extraordinary results in Jesus is now at work in you. The evidence of that anointing is not noise or activity—it is results that point people to God.

If your life is not drawing people to Jesus, it does not mean you are unanointed; it often means you have not fully yielded yourself to the Holy Spirit. Anointing flows freely through yielded vessels.

We cannot speak of productivity and excellence without acknowledging the Holy Spirit—the Spirit of excellence (Daniel 5:12). If you desire to be productive and excellent, you must submit to His leadership and commit yourself to pleasing Him in every area of your life.

One of my greatest desires for you is that you become a vessel fully yielded to the Spirit of God—one that Jesus continually prunes for maximum fruitfulness. I believe this is your desire as well. Therefore, give yourself fully to this process, especially in this year of your PLENTY AND PRAISE.

Prayer Points

  • Thank God for the anointing for productivity and excellence upon your life and upon every resident and partner of GHC.

  • Pray that God grants creative ideas through which the ministry will expand and prosper.

  • Pray that each of us will produce results that correspond to the grace God has released upon us.

Faith-Filled Confession

Thank You, Father, for increased productivity in every department and ministry at GHC. By Your grace, we will accomplish far more than our hearts can imagine. We declare that the vision prospers and bears much fruit, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
