END TIME LABORERS

Luke 10:2

“And He said to them, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.’”

Isaiah 60:4

“Lift up your eyes all around, and see: they all gather together, they come to you; your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be carried at your side.”

Being part of a church is far more than attending services. When you actively participate in the vision of your church, you are engaging in the greatest move of God’s Spirit in these last days. As shared in the previous devotional, your pastor and the vision of your local church are part of your salvation package, and alignment with that vision is essential to your growth and effectiveness.

Ephesians 4:11–13 makes it clear that God gives spiritual leaders to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. This work refers to your active participation in the move of the Spirit through seeding, sharing, publishing, and establishing the gospel of Jesus Christ in your world. Your fulfillment and effectiveness in life are directly connected to your involvement in God’s redemptive agenda. There is no greater purpose than being a laborer in the harvest.

God’s plan is to work through you the same way He worked through Christ Jesus. Second Corinthians 5:19 tells us that God reconciled the world to Himself through Christ and has now committed to us the message of reconciliation. In other words, God desires to reveal Himself through you. You may feel unqualified or believe that your limitations disqualify you, but Scripture tells us otherwise. God specializes in using those who feel inadequate. First Corinthians 1:26–29 reminds us that God chooses the weak, the overlooked, and the unlikely so that no one may boast before Him.

Here is the truth: God intends to use you to bring Heaven to earth. You are anointed as a carrier and publisher of His Word. Psalm 68:11 declares, “The Lord gave the word; great was the company of those who published it.” You are part of that company. Through you, God desires to bring salvation, healing, hope, and power to a hurting world.

You are a laborer for Christ. Begin today by yielding yourself to God’s purpose and asking Him to work through you. As He does, believe Him for more laborers to rise and join in advancing the greatest move of God in our generation.

Prayer Points

• Pray for those who are serving in the ministry; that God will inspire them to do more this year

• Pray for more laborers who are fully committed to the vision and mandate of this ministry.

• Declare that our sons and daughters are coming homeroom far and near to take their place in serving God and His people.

Faith-Filled Confession

Thank You, Father, for sending laborers to ensure that Your work is accomplished. Thank You for the serve team members at GHC. I declare that they are effective, empowered, and fruitful in all that You have called them to do, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
