DON'T THINK ABOUT IT

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4: 6-7)

If you were wondering what God is saying in this hour, this is it: “Take no thought about anything contrary to the rulership of Christ in your life.” Colossians 1:12-13 says, "[for us to give] thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love." In essence, you should not be concerned about things that are already subject to the Kingdom to which you belong. Poverty, defeat, sickness, and death are all subject to you such that the only righteous relationship you can have with them is to reign over them with the absolute authority of Christ.

Romans 5:17 says, "For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ." Jesus' victory makes us much more qualified to reign over circumstances. Hear me, saints, God expects only one thing from you and it is reigning. Ecclesiastes 8:4 says, "Where the word of a king is, there is power; and who may say to him, “What are you doing?” In other words, the manifestation of your dominion over contradictory forces is in your words. Your awareness of the Kingdom will alter your attitude and confession about adversity. 

Romans 8:37 says, "Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us." This means that darkness has already been subdued through the love of God in Christ Jesus. All that the adversity has is noise without basis. God's Spirit is saying, "Take no thought about the plague; take no thought about the state of that relationship. Take no thought about how the bills will be settled. Just go into your room and make decrees with thanksgiving." Dispense the glory of God from inside your spirit knowing that these challenges that have been making noise around you have no basis.

Prayer Point for Today

Pray that the light of our glorious Gospel will continue to shine with increased intensity in our country. Declare that signs and wonders will be a common phenomenon whenever our Gospel is preached until the knowledge of the Glory of our God covers our city as the water covers the sea. Habakkuk 2:14 – For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

Pray for open and effectual doors for expansion and increased influence of the gospel in our nation. Declare that the influence of our gospel and ministry continues to grow and dominates religion and all forms of evil. Colossians 4:3 – Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ.
