DON’T ABDICATE YOUR DIVINE ROLE

"For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says." (Mark 11:23)
Many times, many Christians in many places abdicate their roles of bringing divine experiences and miracles to pass in their lives by not knowing what to do. You hear some of them say things like, "I am leaving the matter to God" or "if God wants me to have this job or marry this year, He will make it happen." Nonsense! God is waiting for you. And He doesn't mind waiting until you realize it is up to you to get that job, start the business, write that book and initiate the process that gets you married.
In Matthew 17: 19-20, the disciples experienced a fruitless situation that they felt was God's fault. How do I know this? The Bible says, "Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not cast it out?” So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."
Now, Jesus thought two important lessons on how not to leave things hanging in your life in the name of "waiting on God". First, rehearse the word of God privately. Make faith proclamations over and over in your times of devotion until you are saturated by the word of God that you are proclaiming. This is what Joshua 1:8 implies when it says, "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success."
The other thing Jesus addressed was making a public proclamation. And your public proclamation should be an offshoot of your private proclamations. The disciples asked Him why they couldn't cast out the devil, just as another might be asking Him today why she has not been able to conceive a baby or get a particular job. Jesus says, because of your unbelief. In your closet, you ought to have grasped from the word of God that you are having a baby or getting that job and proclaim it profusely such that when it comes up in daily conversation you affirm the same position as though it has happened, without any doubt.
Understand what Jesus said in Matthew 17:20 and if you operate this way, nothing shall be impossible unto you.
You are blessed.
Faith-Filled Confession
I take responsibility for the outcomes of my life by the word of God. I know that God's word on my lips is His power to transform everything about me in real-time. I do not take this power for granted. Rather, I use it to negotiate and advance my life from the spirit realm into this natural plain. In Jesus' name. Amen
