COUNT IT ALL JOY

3/27/2026

“My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials.” — James 1:2

This instruction challenges natural thinking. How can you rejoice in the midst of trials? James is not saying to enjoy the trial itself, but to choose joy because of what God is producing through it.

Trials are not meant to break you—they are opportunities for your faith to grow stronger. They develop endurance, maturity, and stability in your walk with God. What feels like pressure is often God shaping you for greater capacity.

Counting it all joy is a decision. It means you refuse to be overwhelmed by what you see and instead focus on what God is doing behind the scenes. You trust that He is working everything together for your good.

When you respond to challenges with joy and faith, you disarm discouragement and position yourself for victory. Joy becomes your strength in the process, and your faith comes out refined and unshakable.

Today, no matter what you are facing, choose joy. Trust God’s process. What you are going through is not the end—it is preparation for something greater.

Faith-Filled Confession:

I count it all joy in every situation. My faith is being strengthened, and I am growing in endurance and maturity. I refuse discouragement and embrace God’s process. I come out stronger and victorious. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
