COMPLETE RECOVERY

06/13/2024

“And David inquired at the Lord, saying, shall I pursue after this troop? Shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all” (1 Samuel 30:8).

Do you feel like you've lost something precious—dreams, visions, or divine opportunities? Maybe it seems like the passion for your dreams has faded, or your marriage is on the brink of divorce. Perhaps you've lost opportunities and now believe it’s too late for you to fulfill God’s purpose for your life. Mistakes and regrets might surround you, but this is no proof that God has given up on you. Remember Jesus' words in Matthew 19:26, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."

Even if you feel like it's over, God sees it differently. He used Saul, a former murderer who became the Apostle Paul, to achieve great things. Romans 11:29 assures us, “For God's gifts and His call can never be withdrawn.” God hasn’t given up on you.

Joel 2:25 promises, “The Lord says, 'I will give you back what you lost to the swarming locusts, the hopping locusts, the stripping locusts, and the cutting locusts...’” To the lady reading this who has lost her marriage, business, and children due to mistakes, God says, “Arise from the ashes of shame and rejection. I do a new thing with you and you will RECOVER ALL. My mercy has prevailed. Rejoice! It’s a new day for you.”

To the minister feeling discouraged and slipping into depression because of challenges in your ministry and family, God says, “Don’t get bitter. The enemy took advantage, but if you obey the Lord, you will see a turnaround in your marriage, ministry, and health.”

No matter your current situation, God is saying, “Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all” (1 Samuel 30:8). You will recover everything you’ve lost, even the things you are unaware of. Recovery is coming to your finances, marriage, career, business, and family. God is doing a new work in you, and His mercy will be evident to all.

Action Steps:

1. Prioritize the Word of God daily.

2. Pray in the Spirit often.

3. Walk in love intentionally.

With these steps, you will keep the enemy at bay and see God move mightily in your life. I prophesy a thousand-fold return for you and your family in Jesus' name.

Faith-Filled Confession:

I am aligned by the Word to fulfill God’s purpose for my life. I refuse to waste my time or resources on trivial matters. Whatever I may have lost in the past; resources, finances, opportunities, or whatever it may have been, I declare a complete restoration. I recover all in the name of Jesus, and I receive a thousand-fold return in Jesus' name, Amen.

God Bless You!

Scripture References:

  • Colossians 1:9-10

  • Ephesians 1:15-19

  • Deuteronomy 8:18

Pray:

Colossians 1:9-10

Pray that God's people will live according to His purpose for their lives, being filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. Ask that they may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.

Ephesians 1:15-19

Pray for a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, so that the eyes of their hearts may be enlightened. Pray that they may know the hope of His calling, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, and the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe.

Deuteronomy 8:18

Acknowledge the Father as the one who gives us the power to make wealth, confirming His covenant. Pray that the eyes of our residents are opened to recognize and take hold of God-given opportunities that lead to financial increase, thereby allowing more time for pursuing God's purpose and serving Him.
