CAUSING THE ENEMY TO SUBMIT

03/07/2023

"Say to God, “How awesome are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power, Your enemies shall submit themselves to You." (Psalm 66:3)

God has enemies in your life. Make no mistakes about it. There are beings and things designated and designed to disrupt and dissuade you from the destiny that God has for you. This is exactly why the Bible describes our relationship with contrary forces as "a wrestle." Ephesians 6:12 says, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."

These foreign elements jostle to take us off track from our divine destinies because by doing so, they are able to fulfil their commission from the kingdom of darkness unhindered. However, David had an insight that the enemy only responds to the exertion of power through prayer.

Today's theme scripture is not just a prayer point but an address in the spirit realm wherein God's power produces enemy submission. More succinctly, this location is in your spirit. Psalm 68:1 says,"...Let God arise, Let His enemies be scattered; Let those also who hate Him flee before Him." This means that if you would let God arise in you, the enemies of His destiny for you would be displaced and discomfited. Psalm 7: 6 says, "Arise, O LORD, in Your anger; Lift Yourself up because of the rage of my enemies; Rise up for me to the judgment You have commanded!"

The Bible says that you are the temple of God and that God dwells in you (according to 1 Corinthians 3:16) meaning that it is your duty to call Him forth and how you do this, is by speaking in tongues until He shows up and shows out. And yes, He shows out in observable manifestations. Acts 4:31 says,  "And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness." No devil can stand such an atmosphere.

As a point of order, don't pray for one hour and say I prayed and then go do something else. Pray until He shows up and shows out. It may take 10 minutes or 3 days. The grace for supplication is set upon us in this season of Harvest. Have Him express Himself as much as He wants. And here is how, "...be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord" (Ephesians 5:18-19). This is what the Spirit says, "It is time to take over. Arise and take over. Raise the standard. Be the flood and crowd out satanic dissuasions for I am with you and in you. I have given you victory beyond your wildest dreams. See it and take it. "

Glory!!!

Faith-Filled Confession

I bask in the glory of God. He is the God in this temple. And as I yield myself to His call, He yields Himself to my call. I say to my God, how awesome are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power, Your enemies shall submit themselves to You."
