BE GRATEFUL FOR HIS BLESSING

12/9/2025

“All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ” (Ephesians 1:3).

What you see in the natural realm is not the full story. There is a greater realm—the spiritual realm—that governs and influences the physical. The physical realm only exists because of the spiritual, and for that reason, you must not accept everything you see around you as final. As a believer in Christ, you must learn to recognize what alreadyexists in the spirit, so that when you notice contradictions in the physical, you can enforce the reality of the Word.

Scripture makes this distinction very clear. “We look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal” (2 Corinthians 4:18). Everything in the physical realm is temporary and subject to change. But the truths found in the spiritual realm—God’s eternal realities—cannot be shaken. These realities exist in the Word of God, and this is where you must fix your gaze.

You may be facing an unfavorable situation right now, yet the unseen reality remains unchanged: you are more than a conqueror(Romans 8:37). Perhaps a doctor has given you a negative report. Remember, that diagnosis only exists in the physical realm. The eternal truth is that by His stripes you were healed (1 Peter 2:24). Maybe you feel isolated or forgotten—yet the eternal reality says, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5).

No matter what your emotions are telling you today, the truth remains: you are blessed. You may not feel blessed or look blessed, but those feelings have nothing to do with the eternal realm where God’s Word stands. Ephesians 1:3 declares that God has already blessed us with every spiritual blessing because of our union with Christ. To be blessed means you have been empowered to prosper in every area of your life—not just financially, but spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and relationally.

2 Peter 1:3 affirms this truth: “His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of Him.”Everything required for you to succeed in this life has already been deposited in the spiritual realm. The key to withdrawing these blessings is knowledge.  If you do not recognize or discern that these truths belong to you today, you cannot enjoy their benefits.

This is why prayers that ask, “Lord, bless me,” fall short. God has already blessed you with everything you need. Instead of asking for what is already yours, recognize it, endorse it, and declare it. Heaven responds to faith-filled acknowledgment of what Christ has accomplished.

God Bless You!

Faith-Filled Confession

I am blessed with everything I need to live victoriously on the earth. I refuse to live beneath God’s best for me. The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places. Doors of opportunity open for me because I am blessed and highly favored. Today, I keep my eyes on the eternal realities in God’s Word. I declare that I am blessed, prosperous, strong, wise, peaceful, and joyful. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
