BE GLAD AND REJOICE

“I will be glad and rejoice in You; I will sing the praises of Your name, O Most High.”

Psalm 9:2

There are  plenty of reasons to complain. But the Bible says,“Do all things without grumbling or questioning” (Philippians 2:14).

Notice it says“all things,”not just the things we like or understand.

The truth is, complaining doesn't make things better. If anything, it creates an atmosphere where discouragement, fear, and hopelessness can grow.

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to complain when things aren't going your way? One complaint leads to another, and before long, we start blaming people, circumstances, or even God for where we are. But that mindset can keep us stuck in a cycle of defeat.

Jesus showed us a better way.

Even when He was rejected by people who should have received Him, He didn't become bitter. He didn't insult them or blame them for His situation. The Bible says He was amazed at their unbelief, yet He continued teaching from village to village (Mark 6:6).

Jesus refused to allow rejection to interrupt His assignment.

You may have a reason to complain, but you also have a greater reason to rejoice!

You have Christ. You have His Word. You have His Spirit. You have His grace. You have a future in God. When things don't make sense, praise Him. When the answer seems delayed, praise Him. When people disappoint you, praise Him. When the situation looks completely different from what you expected, keep your joy!

Praise doesn't mean you are pretending everything is perfect. It means you know that God is greater than what you are facing.

Paul said it clearly:

“Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice!”

—Philippians 4:4

So, don't allow a difficult season to steal your joy. Don't allow disappointment to change your confession. Don't allow people to make you bitter. Keep praising. There is a victory that comes when you refuse to complain and choose to rejoice!

FAITH-FILLED CONFESSION

I have been raised together with Christ and made to sit together with Christ in heavenly places, far above sickness, lack, pain, and every principality of darkness. I am one with my Father. I am born of His Spirit. I know who I am, and I am alive to who I am in Christ Jesus. I refuse to complain, murmur, or give in to discouragement. I choose joy, praise, and thanksgiving. My circumstances do not define me. Christ is my victory, my strength, and my hope. I WILL REJOICE IN THE LORD ALWAYS! HALLELUJAH!
