BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6)
There is a way that God sees you and it pays to see yourself this way. Today's theme scripture gives us an insight into our "alpha predator " status. By way of illustration, the lion is the alpha species in the animal kingdom. Nothing and nobody makes the lion nervous in the wild. The shark is the same in the oceans. These species do not have any holdbacks or holdups in their domain of being.
In the same way, God sees you as the alpha predator on earth, and when He says, "Be anxious for nothing..." (Philippians 4:6), He is literally saying that nothing in this world should be able to provoke a carnal response from you.
In Psalm 82:6, the LORD says, "I said, “You are gods, And all of you are children of the Most High." Ephesians 2:6 NIV says, "And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus." At this moment, in the realm of the spirit, you are seated with Christ, bestowed with all authority.
Therefore, you have got to start practicing this Word when anxious moments show up. Understand that nothing on this planet should be able to trigger panic, fear, or a rushed response.
Isaiah 28:16 says, "Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: “Behold, I am laying a stone in Zion, a tested stone, A precious cornerstone for the foundation, firmly placed. The one who believes in it will not be disturbed." There is an unmovable steadfastness that you ought to activate and it starts by meditating on the Word of God.
Take some time today to meditate on the theme- scripture in today's devotional. Remind yourself again and again to be anxious for nothing and in its place pray and present your strong reasons for your desired outcome from God's Word. In the final stretch, give thanks because this is all God's will for you.
God bless you, and have a great day.
Faith-Filled Confession
My mind is disciplined concerning external stimuli. Therefore I have no anxiety whatsoever about anything. Nothing triggers me because I am stalwart, seeing myself as God sees me. Hallelujah!
